Very good customer service, quality work and material. Received all items as expected.

I ordered my wedding lehenga, 6 lehengas for my bridesmaids and 4 girls lehengas through Saree Palace on 01/11/2023. I ordered for delivery to the UK so gave plenty of time for them to be customised and shipped for my wedding in August 2024. My items arrived on 01/12/2023.

I have made contact with Saree Palace during the waiting period for updates on my order and they have been quick to reply and extremely helpful in keeping me updated.

The items were so cheap compared to visiting boutiques in the UK (specifically Leciester and Southall) that I was sceptical about the quality. However, my bridal lehenga is everything I dreamed it would be. The quality is incredible and meets that of the boutiques in the UK. Even my bridesmaid lehengas, which were much cheaper compared to my bridal lehenga, are absolutely stunning and my bridesmaids cannot wait to wear them. The customised sizing is also perfect!

I am so impressed with the service, quality and pricing from Saree Palace. I will now be passing the link on to my English wedding guests so they can order their outfits.

I loved the items I got. Communication with the store was good. All lehenga came with cancan and tassels. I got my order within 3 weeks of ordering. Some items got canceled by store. Overall good experience.

I had a really important engagement, attending my first Indian wedding in NZ and I needed to find an outfit that would be worthy of such event. The entire engagement with Saree Palace was great from the start, quick, easy and clear. Arman who responded to my query was very helpful. I ended up purchasing a Lehenga and Choli which I wore for Diwali at work and I'd receive so many compliments. The delivery of the order came super quick but what blew me away was the quality, absolutely stunning. My Indian colleagues were very impressed with my choice of Lehenga and it is something I will definitely wear often.

My lehenga arrived and it’s absolutely beautiful 😍😍😍 I was really nervous to buy online from India (I’m in the UK) but they had a stunning outfit I loved and for a great price, as well as offering stitching service and fast international delivery, so I took a chance and honestly they exceeded all expectations! The customer service team replied quickly on WhatsApp and kept me updated throughout the process too. My outfit is even better quality material than I expected, and the stitching is excellent quality too! I can’t even describe how happy I am with it.

This was my first time shopping from Saree Palace but I will definitely be ordering more. I just wish I had found their site earlier when I had lots of weddings to attend in my 20s!

Best experience ordering overseas from India to Australia.
I got everything I ordered, the stitching is good, the website is easy to use and the guidelines for measuring makes everything easier for me.
More than great customer services!best best best. They are everything I could ask for as I was worried about many things but turned out much better than I expected.
4Days only for everything to arrive to Australia. About a week for my stuffs to get done as I ordered 9 items (saree and lehenga for all to be stitched).

First time using Saree Palace and I was a little reluctant, however, having chatted to customer care (Arman) I placed an order for an Aqua embroidered net saree, blouse and underskirt. I am very impressed with the saree and the stitching on all items is perfect. The service from start to finish was brilliant and I received my order a day early too! I will definitely be using Saree Palace for my purchases and highly recommend them.

The customer service was excellent. The fabric quality is excellent. The only problem with my lehnga was colour variance and the description mentioned velvet but the lehnga is on net. But it is quite a beautiful lehnga so it is worth the price. I had ordered a gown dress with can and it came without the can. Overall, it was a pleasure shopping with Sarree Place.

I am in Australia and unable to verify the product physically. I was worried about the returns and the owner talked to me on whatsapp and said they will help if there are any problems with the order. But did not specify you do not take returns. I was going to buy my lehenga too, but am disappointed with the services.

I will specify SANJAY AGARWAL WHEN I ASKED HIM ABOUT RETURNS 4 5 TIMES HE TOLD ME: IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG - WE WILL BE THERE TO HELP YOU DONT WORRY BECAUSE WE WANT YOU TO BE OUR CUSTOMER ETC..BASICALLY MANIPULATED ME INTO GIVING IN 200 DOLLAR WITHOUT SURITY OF RETURNS

HE DID NOT SPECIFY (THIS CAME IN MAIL WHEN I ASKED FOR RETURN) THAT THEIR POLICY SAYS THEY DONT ACCEPT RETURNS - how manipulative of them! what was even worse is their reluctant, ignorant attitude towards dissatisfied customers - complete opposite of what he told me - that he cares about his customers - man forget caring about us, please respect the TIME, EFFORT, MONEY and MOST IMPORTANTLY THE TRUST we put in when ordering from a random website like yours!

AS SAID IN ALL REVIEWS - ITS TRUE - THEY DONT HELP YOU IF THINGS GO WRONG! They lack professionalism to an extent that they simply dont reply to your emails! I mean how can they boast themselves as EXPORTERS while they dont know basic business skills and etiquette required for dealing with customers. I hope this review gives them some sense of how much of HARD EARNED MONEY PEOPLE PUT BY TRUSTING YOU AND YOU SIMPLY FOOL US FOR YOUR GREED- I SAW THEY DONT EVEN REPLY TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS WHICH EVIDENCES THEIR POOR SERVICES - SOME REVIEWS SAY THEY WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST SAREES PALACE AND YOU MUST - THEY HAVE NOT RIGHT TO MANIPULATE AND SWINDLE OUR HARD EARNED MONEY no returns allowed - they dont take guarantee or any returns - in such modern times where people even export material - this store doesnt allow returns - how can someone buy without trust and guarantee - waste of money of about 200 DOLLARS - as they take 1500 RUPEES for stitching one blouse - terrible services - especially dont take it if ur abroad - as online photos are different from what you get.

I think thats one reason they dont have google verified as it will be full of negative reviews plus HOW NARCISSTIC OF THEM TO ONLY INCLUDE POSITIVE REVIEWS IN THEIR WEBSITE

LEARN SOME BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONALISM FIRST

Igave saree palace ample opportunity to resolve the issue of them sending me the wrong item. They were not forthcoming in any solutions that didnt cost me. I paid for an item, paid for shipping to nz, then i get a completely different outfit sent to me. To get a full refund, i have to send it back , tracked, that costs more than the actual refund!! Its been such a hassle. Paypal, while ruling in ky favour , cant compel them to pay for the return shipping, they took ages to contact me when i received the item and informed them, only responding once id filed a complaint with paypal.
Im getting sick of indian companies being this bad at dealing with international clients who are, sadly, penalised big time with huge shipping costs!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I ordered 7 items from Saree Palace. I ordered outfits for my daughters - 2 different sizes and they have sent the same size for both. Also they have sent 2 of the wrong items. A different colour and style to what I have ordered. Also 2 stitched gowns ordered to fit a certain height have been sent more than 10inches to short!

I have spent over £350 on this order and they are ignoring all my message/emails etc. When I did get a response from automated chat they said they would be in touch after 24hours but still not response after 2weeks of chasing.

Absolutely horrified with the customer service and lack of acknowledgement. I will be taking this further legally.

We ordered 5 sets of formal clothing and were overall very happy with the experience. The order arrived within one month in Switzerland and we were very content with the quality of the fabric and the fit. We had ordered custom sizes and all of the outfits fit like a glove! Thanks also to the customer service for quick and helpful responses to our questions before and during ordering! We would definitely recommend Saree Palace!
