Update - Great news Savagex have now been in touch and credited back the money taken for the membership. Thank you
Want to cancel membership. I have a young teenage daughter who has clearly signed up for membership by mistake just to buy her dad a Christmas present. SavageX have now taken 2 x 49.90 from her account for membership totally clearing her account out. I have gone on line and cancelled the membership but still waiting for them to come back and confirm. I have sent 3 emails with no replies.

What’s a customer to assume?
So in addition to my shopping experience (see below), I have to add that my order was not delivered! Just seems to have vanished into the ether. Maybe you should think twice (or wait until your order arrives) before mentioning any negative aspects of your experience in a review.
I don’t appreciate the dearth of limited availability products and zero availability products. What may a customer assume? Savage X Fenty UK is failing? Available stocks are not refreshed? It’s peculiar that, for example, unavailable patterned products don’t seem to have similar available under any other brand, label or new products.

I have VIP membership and while it is easy to sign up and easy for them to take almost £50 a month it is not easy to cancel the membership and instead they give you a window of between the 1st and 5th of a month to skip the month. Then in order to cancel you need to either call which i did waited for over 1 hour with no answer and today I have now used live chat and waiting for a response. There is no reason why they cannot have a cancel button or a more responsive cancel team. I am disappointed in the service it seems as if they are deliberately trying to milk customers and frusttrate them into just leaving the memebership but they have a limited range for men and i donot need £50 in underware every month.

Absolutely disgusting business model… I’m currently fighting for my money back via my bank after realising I had been paying £49.95 for a year. I’m a single mum with a part time job who can’t afford to lose that much money. Completely misleading and a shocking thing to mislead people into this…utter scam.
