Never find the size I want on the style I like.
I’ve holding to my membership credit for months since every style I like does not have my size. I finally just buy something. Not necessarily my first or second choice. I just need to use my credit and close my membership.

i hate predatory stuff like this i only placed a second order bc i was not given a option to get a refund, i realized the error of signing up for this pricey membership. i was about to buy food when i checked my bank account and realized i was charged for a membership i had cancelled on the app (it did not cancel it) end up having to call and being told that a refund isn’t necessary because “i can still use it on the website” well i could’ve used it for food. so i forced to purchase something as to not waste this money even more, its just so predatory.

RIP OFF Every single freaking time I added…
Every single freaking time I added something to my cart to fulfill my TWO CREDITS I ALREADY paid for, it would say "add $12 more to use your second credit." It changed every time. It took me three times to have enough to use my second credit. Just sucking me dry and forcing me to pay more money. I think every time I added it to my cart, the items were "marked down," which made it to not officially meet the credit threshold. RIP OFF. Stop leeching off of us consumers. You are providing a good and wouldn't exist without me.
