I have promptly skipped the month, on time, on the 2nd. I was still charged. And costumer service says without email confirmation they can not do anything for me. I will use my credits and never return.

Who came up with the system page? It literally SUCKS you all make it so difficult to shop, will delete account as soon as order comes in which I placed only to redeem my credits which i didn't want in the first place, you all are literally obligating people to become members to be elegible for deals or any good pricing. What a joke of a brand.

My expectations were met!!!
The website was easy to navigate and find what I want! I didn’t have a problem loading anything or some ad getting in my way constantly. I like how I went through a questionnaire so that I didn’t have to input my size manually. It just automatically filtered it. (I also LOVE how they put Rihanna’s top pics!! Thats so cute!!!)
Best part of my experience was that if I didn’t want to sign up for promo’s, it was optional. Not mandatory. Most websites MAKE you sign up and it’s a hassle, but this one was easy to complete and entirely up to you.
I loved everything about my experience and the 70% of site wide was amazing. I can’t wait to try on my stuff!!!!

Account problems
Even though the quality and fit of the products is good, this site really annoys me. They have this account option to pay monthly and to get discount because of that. You can pause monthly. I had the problem a few times that the website didn’t allow me to pause and they booked the money from my PayPal. I was not able to get that money back even though I had screenshots to prove that it is a problem from the site. I don’t know if I would recommend this version pf an account…

Amazingly comfortable
Savage X Fenty is amazing for ladies and the fellas too. Everything I have bought has been comfortable and the ONE time there was an error with my order the exchange process was easy. All items are comfortable and the quality is great, I highly recommend for anyone that is curious.

Be careful before ordering
I was disappointed to learn that a restocking fee was deducted from my refund. The policy was not sufficiently clear at the time of purchase, and the final refund amount was lower than expected.
In addition, customers should be made more aware that the membership program charges approximately $60 per month unless it is manually skipped. This can be confusing for new customers.
