Just had a glass replacement in super quick time. This company is amazing. Top quality goods, top fitters who actually take pride in their work and even tidy up after themselves. Once again a big thank you for an amazing job. I would not use any other company these are top class.
Just had Savills glass again, last time to fit new windows and this time to fit a new front door. Very good company, no complaints at all. Excellent job and all cleaned up after them.

In June I notified them of a damaged door they’d fitted and sent them photos. A week later they said they would forward them on to the manufacturer. Six weeks later, and after sending other emails and leaving a telephone message they still hadn’t responded so I resorted to putting a negative review on their Facebook page. This did prompt an email asking if they could come and take photos, to which I said yes and when I would be in. A few days later I got an email asking if I was in (not on a day I’d said) and I responded immediately that I was away for a couple of days and when I would be back….I’ve heard nothing since….another 7 1/2 weeks later and I’ve had no further communication from them ! I’ve been totally disappointed in their customer service…or lack of !!
