what can you say? One of the hottest summer day on record? The showroom OFFICE was heaving and yet what of the service and intention? Well, what I got was superb. Andy and Ishmael gave me confidence that I was being dealt with professionally and effectively and I would recommend this business for future contact and purchase of my next car and yours if you follow my ratings

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Saxton 4x4.

When purchasing a vehicle worth £43,000, I expected a professional level of customer care and preparation. Before collecting the car, we clearly pointed out several issues that needed attention. We were reassured that everything would be resolved and were even told that we would be “very happy” when collecting the vehicle.

The dealership kept the car for an entire week. However, when we collected it, almost none of the issues we had raised had been addressed. The car had simply been washed.

Our biggest concern was the tyres. The vehicle was supplied with three different tyre brands, something I believe is unacceptable on a premium vehicle costing £43,000. We specifically asked for this to be resolved, but instead we were later told that because the MOT had been passed, the tyres were considered acceptable. That completely misses the point. This was about quality, consistency and customer satisfaction, not simply whether the car met the minimum legal standard.

We also raised concerns about the windscreen, along with several interior and exterior cosmetic issues. We were assured these would be dealt with, yet they remained exactly as they were before.

The most disappointing part is not only that the work was not completed, but that promises were made and then not honoured. I expected much better from a dealership of this size and reputation.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Saxton 4x4. When someone spends £43,000 on a vehicle, they deserve honesty, attention to detail and for agreed work to be completed—not just a washed car returned after a week.

Great experience at Saxtons with Alvin, took me through all my finance and warranty questions after changing my mind on cars at the last minute.

Excellent communication from start to finish, purchased my 2nd vehicle within a year, travelled all the way from SW Scotland just to purchase from Saxtons.

My family and I pre-booked a test drive, we arrived and were looked after by Ish (Ismail). We were given time to look at the car, test drive it, consider purchasing and discussing after sales care.

All of the team there were so helpful and friendly, my kids had a carton of juice and were chilled.

There was no pressure, rush and Ish was very knowledgeable. We then went through finance with Luke B and he was very knowledgeable and made the process a breeze.

The car is in brilliant condition, I would highly recommend Saxtons. Thank you

Sales team was polite but after sales / service there's a different story only 6 hours after taking ownership of my new gl-e63 the coolant light came on I phone them in the morning and they said to contact the Warranty people I live approximately one and a half hours away after voicing my concerns they agreed to collect my vehicle and return it to them for the work to be done I had already had the faults red and the photographs were left on the seat upon the phone call to the service department I was informed that a full service had been completed on the vehicle oil, oil filter and sump plug but looking at the paperwork they have ticked all of the boxes for a full b service which includes air filters cabin filters and brake fluid change which all have not been completed they have received my car on Thursday and I have spent all day trying to get hold of them on Friday to find out that the employee that there was with warranty isn't in until Tuesday then it will be put through warranty if accepted the work will hopefully take place the gentleman on the phone was not very helpful so if I get the vehicle back and when I get the vehicle back I will have to take it for the full service which saxtons have said they have done I will look at forwarding the price of the invoice to the sales team
