Probabaly one of the worst companies to work for.
Hard work and loyalty over many years, is paid back with utter disrespect.
There is a complete disregard for doing anything above requirements.
Support from their Central office is non-existent.
Depot Managers and drivers do what they can, but are all overworked, underpaid and certainly under appreciated.
Had I known the level of contempt, I would receive, I would have left years ago.
Stay away from this company, there are many others out there that will treat you more like a human, with respect and dignity, as SBL certainly does not.

One of the worst delivery companies I've worked for they find a way to take as much of your pay as possible for a small scratch on the van they charge hundreds and even if you don't accept their deductions they take it anyway .( Don't work for these guys find a better company )

Arrived at my address with no call before as stated by the company I had bought the product for - seemingly subletting out for Arrow XL. They said hello, then got onto the back of the van to look for my fridge freezer which seemingly was not loaded before starting raging between themselves and driving off leaving me at my doorstep with no explanation. I then recieved a text message an hour later stating my item was incomplete. This is the second time this has happened on the same item within 3 days and I am no further along with an explanation or a delivery set.

Tried to apply to company, they have lead me on wild goosechase up and down London. They misinformed me about collecting a van to then saying that they don't have my dbs check completed after I've already done a class with them a d spent the day travelling to collect the van only to be told I can't have it because of they haven't compl the dbs check and now they refuse to respond after I've done a class with them they also made sure I couldn't get with another company and now owe me money for my time as they said you get paid for your training.. company is a scam you can't even speak to customer services the number always locks off.

My experience with them is very poor.

Driver of sbl van sits at the back of my house everyday (setchel) estate SE1 shouting on his phone smoking cannabis and leaving his rubbish on the estate and on occasion urinating up garage doors police and council have been informed Reg WO73 FOU multiple residents fed with his nuisance behaviour.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! unbelievably rude delivery driver who blocked my drive and refused to move (when delivering to a neighbour) meaning that I was blocking the road for 10 minutes on a busy main road causing tailbacks and exasperating other drivers. So rude and unapologetic. Horrible horrible man. PS And his number plate was so dirty you couldn’t read it properly. number plate **24 ZMT. I will be reporting him directly to SBL.

I had the pleasure of working with Cosmin Ciobotaru and I can say that he is a very efficient manager. Cosmin is actively involved in all stages of the process and is always open to feedback. I confidently recommend working with him.

My experience with both Diyar& Diana has been immaculate. They are both reliable and enthusiastic individuals who are there when you have any queries.

Never answer phone and hide from any and all responsibility.

Very efficient interface but most importantly my bike was collected in no time on very short notice. Great service and courier Bogdan was very helpful and professional. I will use the SBL service again in the future.
