ScanGuard worked well for me for about…
ScanGuard worked well for me for about 6 months. Just recently when trying to switch from one website to another, annoying pop-ups prevent me from doing so, and directs me back to their main page, which asks me to download ScanGuard again. I have already downloaded it on two laptops, so why am I being told to download it again ? It's working fine other then the annoying pop-ups !!

While the software may be OK they conitnually over charge and bill for add-on services
While the software may be OK they have a bad habit of adding on extra charges and billing you for other products. This has happened to me now twice, with the first time obtaining a refund for the add on. I tried to cancel my total subscription and they offered my massive discounts to stay, which the first year I did. Sick and tired of the extra charging, I have cancelled requesting a full refund and they have gone QUIET? Clearly they rely on and get away with the add-ons and over billing as part of their business plan. When you cancel and ask for a refund their customer service dies! DONT use these people that are no better than a scam service!
