I originally purchased the horse transporter toy for my 8yr old daughter on 11/18/23. On 12/5/23 I emailed regarding my item as I had not received the item. I was assured it would arrive in time Christmas. I patiently waited and emailed again on 12/13/23 again same response. I phoned the company on 12/20 but could not get any real info on my order. On 12/23 I spoke with a manger and wanted the order canceled as it would not be here for Christmas and did not ship. Ryan the manger stated he would refund. It is now 12/27 and I have yet been refunded. Called again, company stated the were working on it and rudely hung up

Thank you very much for sending us the small parts that broke while playing. That was a great pleasure and it was very accommodating to replace the parts.

So i have the advent calendar 98982 and i was supposed to get today 19.12.23 a white pillow with different colour dots and instead of that I got an uneven SMALL raspberry pink little pillow with ONLY white dots and my friend who has the same calendar than me got the white pillow with the different colours..

Ordered 26th November, all in stock, should be delivered in 4 working days.

Not despatched until 5th December and then 18th December parcelforce say they've lost it.

7 working days to despatch, 3 working days to get to the UK, 6 working days for parcelforce to loose it.

Customer services in Germany don't seem to care as others have said. Do not buy direct.

Trying to get a refund now.

Customer service is none existent and awful, I have ordered from the Schleich store direct previously with no issues and received the items within a few days HOWEVER this time I placed an order on the 18/11/23 and the order is still in Germany as of 08/12/23, all of the items were instock when I ordered and I've rang Schleich and sent them around 10 emails yet they don't care and have not tried to resolve the issue at all, not even an apology! The response I received was
"What a shame that you did not have as much fun with your new figure as you had hoped. Perhaps it wasn’t feeling very well? Or perhaps it was homesick? Or did you simply not enjoy playing with it?" I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE ITEMS TO PLAY WITH THEM 🤬

The items I ordered was for my boys birthday which sadly has now passed, I've already purchased his Christmas presents so the Schleich order is now no good as I had to buy him something else

I'd advise everyone to avoid shopping with Schleich directly and if you want to purchase their toys use either Amazon or Smyths where you will receive great customer service

It would seem I will have to ring my Credit Card company to reclaim my money, as the items have been stuck in the Germany depot for over 2 weeks.

Similar experience to poster below. Ordered last month, no update until I received email advising refund imminent. No explanation, no apology. I have used their German store in the past without issue, but won’t any more.

I have at least received the refund without issue which enabled me to purchase the items elsewhere.

Their toys are great. Their customer service is APPALLING. Order returned to Germany (I am in the UK) and when I eventually got through to their customer service number they answered in German, and he was rude and unapologetic. Who knows when I will receive a refund. Do not order direct from Schleich

Can't knock the quality of there toys my kids played with them for years. But ordered direct from there website for first time and it's just been a pure hassle. Toys were sent to UK then sent back to Germany for some reason. when asked they said they cannot resend but didn't issue a refund. after a week or so messaged to say what's happening with the refund to realise they hadn't processed a refund again said they would do it that day now been 10 days since still no refund. had to message them again. Avoid buy the toys elsewhere if you really want them

Very good service, we contacted schleich about problems with a product. Customer service got back to us very quickly and took our problems seriously. We felt understood and in good hands here.

Watch out for hidden import fees when ordering from the UK. We ordered from the .co.uk site and paid the postage fee but then had another bill from the courier for £41 when the parcel arrived in the UK. Went back and looked through the confirmation emails and it was hidden in one of the attachments. Sneaky! The toys are great quality but buy from Smyths if your in the UK.

My daughter LOVES unicorns so bought her one. It arrived in good time and the level of detail was unrivalled, just incredible. Not just the animal features but the additional glitter and crystals makes it even more magical. She is obsessed, will be coming back for more unicorns for future presents
