I had to return my order as I found the school cardigans to big, but the return form was straight forward asking if I wanted a refund or exchange. I chose exchange and ask for one size smaller. I get a email to say my return had been received and my exchange would be delivered soon. Arrived 2 days later. The cardigans are sweatshirt material and wash lovely, no fluff came out of the inside like iv found with cheaper made one. Will definitely buy again.

Great service. There was an issue with the stock. When I spoke with customer service they were very friendly and efficient. Shirts arrived in a timely manner. I would most definitely use them again.

The v-neck jumpers in Navy are perfect for my son. The v bum it is deep enough to keep the school happy and once’s washed dry really quickly. Would highly recommend.

I was able to find what I was looking for with ease and it was all in stock, unlike at many other places I’d tried. I made a mistake with my order and emailed the next day to see if I could cancel part of it and the reply I received was polite and professional and my refund was given immediately. I was really happy with the service and will definitely use this site for all my girl’s uniforms from now on.

I have used this company several times for both schoolwear and for formal events. They stock a broad range of items which are of good quality and stylish. Prices are better than high street schoolwear shops I've been to. Delivery is much quicker than other companies I've used. Customer service is top notch and exchanges or returns are processed quickly.
