One box of gel has been damages during the supply, one of the gels stick arrived cut open and leaked all over the box.

After ten days mail arrived to leave a review. Unfortunately I did not get any update yet from the store, I just paid and got confirmation, then nothing for ten days. I believe it will finaly arrive, but this is a second time same experience, so I wouldn’t recommend to shop there, they’re getting worse and worse…

Worst Delivery & Zero Support. Avoid!
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered from SIS Sport specifically for my training prep, and it has been a total disaster.
First of all, I still haven’t received my order. They claim they tried to deliver, but nobody ever came to my house, and they never called me. I’ve been stuck waiting around for nothing, and because of their complete failure to deliver, I’ve had to miss my scheduled training sessions.
To make matters worse, their customer support is utterly useless. I contacted them to resolve this, and they did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. When I requested a refund for the delivery costs—considering they failed to actually deliver anything—they completely ignored my request.
Unprofessional, unreliable, and terrible customer service. If you actually need your sports nutrition/gear on time for your training, do yourself a favor and buy from someone else. I want my money back. The 14/07/2026 Italy. No delivery till today

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience.
To provide some context, you first contacted us two days after placing your order, at which point we provided the tracking information and advised of the 5–7 working day delivery timeframe for deliveries to Italy, as stated on our website.
You subsequently requested that the courier contact you before delivery. We explained that we could pass this request on, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that a courier will call before attempting delivery, as this is not standard practice unless there is an issue with the delivery.
When you contacted us again requesting a refund, we reviewed the tracking and could see that the courier had recorded failed delivery attempts. We provided the tracking details again, advised that a further delivery attempt would be made, and explained that as the parcel was still within the estimated delivery timeframe, we were unable to issue a refund at that stage.
We would also like to clarify that none of your emails have been ignored. We have responded throughout, explained the situation as updates became available, and provided contact details for the local depot should you wish to discuss delivery arrangements directly with the courier.
Following our latest review today, we have refunded your delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill. As there has still been no further tracking update, we have also offered either a replacement order or a full refund, depending on your preference.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and remain happy to assist in resolving this matter.

Missing order and disappointing customer service
I placed my order on June 28, with an estimated delivery date between July 1 and July 3. Apart from the initial order confirmation, I never received any further updates.
Since there is no customer service phone number, I had to contact support through the chatbot and email. Despite their claim that they reply within 24 hours, I received my first response after more than 24 hours. After several emails back and forth, it became clear that my order had most likely been lost, as there was no record of it ever being dispatched.
On July 7, customer service told me they would send a replacement order via express delivery. Today is July 13, and I still haven’t received anything. I have not been sent a tracking number or any confirmation that the replacement order has even been shipped.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. The communication was slow and frustrating, and I was left without any proactive updates. We’ll see how this eventually turns out, but so far my experience has been very poor.
