I ordered my subscription products as usual and I was charged with a delivery fee.
When I emailed customer service about it, they replied that all new subscription deliveries are charged at the 1st order.
Firstly, this was not my 1st subscription order and secondly, I went through all my previous orders and there was no charge to any of them.

As previously explained, all new subscriptions are subject to a one-time delivery charge on the initial order. We can see that your subscription was purchased on 4 July, and this was the first order placed under that particular subscription.
All future subscription orders will be delivered free of charge, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions and explained by our Customer Experience team via email.

Issue NOT "closed"
It's all very well you considering the matter "closed" - as the consumer I don't because I have one of YOUR water bottles that is faulty.
If YOU are not prepared to replace it (only to suggest I go through the pain of an Amazon return) then you can continue to enjoy my negative reviews.
It would seem such a simple (and reasonable) act on your part to do the "right thing", but your arrogance persists .... as will the negative reviews.

SiS do not do what they say???
The company (SiS) acknowledged that a delivery mistake had been made (ie I never received my parcel) and said they would let the delivery company (Evri) know.
Although they did not accept responsibility (they chose the delivery company!) and they also had misunderstood my missing delivery as a cheaper product and it was this cheaper product that they replaced!!
AND, the delivery company STILL DID NOT FOLLOW MY DIRECTIONS and so delivered to the same place my delivery had gone 'missing' from!!!!
Words escape me for the absolute poor customer care - but it is what we have to put up with now!!
BUT SHOULD WE???

To SiS - what is the point of responding to you when you tacitly state there is nothing you will do to ensure deliveries' are made to customers safe areas. The ONLY solution you have arrived at is that I change the delivery address!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about your experience.
Having reviewed the case, we can see that the original replacement was issued based on the order number provided to us at the time. Unfortunately, this related to a different, lower-value order than the one you were referring to. Once this was identified, we arranged for the correct order to be resent.
We also raised your delivery concerns with Evri and passed on the delivery instructions you had provided. However, as the delivery process is managed by the courier, we are unable to guarantee that specific instructions will always be followed which was also addressed in our emails.
In addition to resending the correct order, we refunded the missing product and suggested redirecting future deliveries to an alternative location if parcels were not being successfully delivered to the original address. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to this suggestion.
We appreciate that this situation has been frustrating, and while we did everything we could to resolve the issue once it was brought to our attention, we're sorry that the outcome did not meet your expectations.

SIS are a very good product
I find SIS have very good options of different products that help with the sports you are doing and there products are very well made and are very low in sugar what I find very helpful as I'm a type 1 Diabetic and find when using them my sugars don't go high and when you put in a order they are delivered within a couple of day of you ordering
