We purchased a Scotframe kit for around the £100k mark. Unfortunately the issues we have encountered belie the price paid - at £100k we would expect a top notch service but, instead have encountered incompetence, poor service, inconsistency and an ever changing workforce.

Structural steel was fabricated to the wrong length, windows were a month late in arriving, an internal doorway was missing from a load bearing panel and, to cap it all, window openings in panels have been incorrectly placed.

Multiple staff changes and a lack of consistency in who we have been dealing with have not helped. But basic things like steel length, door openings and window placements are inexcusable!

Would not recommend using Scotframe. Right from the start of our project we had to repeatedly check everything. They changed specifications and when you got the updated version other items were incorrect. Good product but appalling service. Increased price delayed the delivery by 6 months. Honestly please don’t make the mistake we made by using them I would never use them again.
