Patience and understanding
I had spent the morning trying to get onto the app and had not succeeded.
Then I realised our email address may have been recorded wrongly, so I rang Scottish Power.
I was put through to Aluciano Gabriel, who noticed the problem straight away after telling him and spelling out our email.
He changed it straight away and supported me through the process of getting on the app.
Thank you again Aluciano. Very relieved to get sorted.
