Knightsbridge = Robbers!

They tell you what to put down as debts telling us to "miss out" our Brighthouse commitments. they told us that the creditors paid the company fees. We felt we could not go ahead with the deed, but were talked into it anyway. WE COULD NOT AFFORD THE PAYMENTS. When we did not pay the second payments, they dropped us like a hot potato. they have just made matters worse and we are £100 worse off! They only wanted to speak to me, even though we both had deeds. £200 per month and only a tiny fraction was going to the creditors.

Joke of a trust deed

I came to you and your affiliates for help getting out of debt and signed a trust deed but then The debtor whom I owed most of my debt to (£9000) rescinded their pursuit of me and my debt due to my winning my court case against them for the debt they where trying to get from me and because of that i was no longer in a position of being unable to pay my few creditors the money i owed (£1800) so I told the insolvency company about this and asked to have my trust deed cancelled which they done after stealing £3600 of my Tax Return for being self employed which still baffles me to this day. All the insolvency company done was send a few letters to my few creditors to alert them to my situation and post an ad in the Edinburgh newspaper and for this they stole all my hard earned money and never even paid one single penny to any of my debtors so if anyone sees this then DONT enter into a trust deed it's just a con to either put you in more debt via fees etc or steal your money if they had been out to help me then they could have cleared all my debt of £1800 and still made more than a decent profit for the little work that they done but instead I'm still being chased for my debt with all sorts of interest and court fees added to it and the Insolvency company are £3600 better off for next to no work tell me where the help I got is because I don't see it and would advise anyone in debt to contact their debtors themselves and come to an arrangement with them for payments you can afford as they will always take what you can afford rather than nothing NEVER enter into a Trust Deed

Awful

I really first felt when I first done this that I was doing the right thing as everyone before I signed anything seemed so helpful and caring.
Now that everything is signed I have no idea what I have let myself in for.
I have had money taken out on wrong dates and even after they told me everything was sorted with creditors I still got my wages arrested at xmas which was the last thing I needed.
I just feel now that everything is signed no one is interested in my calls and one lady in particular cut me off and when I called back she was out of the office !!!!

DAS Advice

From start to finish I have been well looked after. I got a call from a guy who knew how I was feeling with all my debt. Ed the debt advisor told me all my options and made it really easy and when I got my paperwork Nicola talked me through it. I have also had one point of contact with Nicola throughout the whole process and I no longer get any grief from people wanting money I couldn't afford. Thanks again Matt
