No matter how i tried to get myself sorted out with my debt my husband being out of work three times in a year just ment it was impossible, as everytime i got an agreement with the company something would happen and i couldn't pay.
The letters and phone calls got out of hand and i slipped into depression, after 2 yrs of this i looked online and found Scottish Trust Deed i filled a quick survey online then spoke to someone that was very understanding and an appointment was made for someone to call at house. Don't wait 2yrs like me go online and call and have a chat your not commited to anything by doing that and you will see a way forward honestly.

It was such a relief to be put in touch with the adviser from Scottish Trust Deed because I could not see a way out of my problems and had many sleepless nights worrying about everything.
The adviser explained how the system worked and how my debts could be repaid over 36 months with a much lower monthly repayment. Suddenly it all seemed manageable and I am in a much better financial position than I have been for a long time, thanks to the Trust Deed which was set up for me.

having signed up to a trust deed, has allowed my to move forward without carrying the financial burdens that i had following me over the last several years. i now feel like i am in my happy place, in the sense that i am no longer bombarded from phone call and letters from all my creditors and should any issues regarding my creditors arise i can pass them onto my insolvency practitioner, safe in the knowledge that they will handle and resolve any issues.

They offered me the freedom to enjoy life without worrying about debt recovery firms using under handed tactics to pressure me for more money than I could afford, they promised that they would have me debt free in under 4 years which is what I wanted and not Having to pay a debt management firm more money than they pay my creditors.
