The process with Ross at Scott's from enquiry right through to receiving the passport back was very smooth and efficient; well worthwhile from a time and financial point of view. Mine was a China Visa application that Scott's carefully made sure all documents were in order for and then on the day at the Visa office, their ability to fast track me made everything so much easier. Thoroughly recommend.

Marc Millar was great in my dealings with Scotts. From the very beginning of our relationship his confident professional approach made me feel comfortable that he could do the job and arrange our visas in a fairly tight time frame. He removed my anxiety and kept on top of what could have been a major problem by managing appointment dates with the US Embassy. Even though I was only seeking information and not paying for services, Minder took the time to explain at length what I needed to do (and not do!) to arrange a Chinese tourist visa. He advised me with honesty and clarity, and gave some valuable resources that have helped with my application and reassured me about the process. If I ever need visa services in the future, I shall be giving Scott's a call.

They were not able to assist me due to processing backlogs at the visa centres. All the same, they took the time to answer my questions and give me alternative approaches that I could take.

Scott's Visas made the whole application process for my China visa stress free and straightforward. I worked with Ross who gave me a list of the items that I needed to complete/gather together. Ross checked them to make sure there were no mistakes and then arranged my appointment for biometric recording at the Chinese visa processing office. Chris met me there with all of my paperwork and came into the centre to guide me through the process. Communication with Scott's was prompt and accurate. Highly recommended.

What can I say? Marc has been amazing from start to finish and I don’t think we could have got our paperwork together, translated and apostled without his help.

I would like to make special mention about Ross Alexander. I was in a very serious predicament while applying for my Japanese visa. I was denied a visa because I didn’t have any pages left in my passport. So I’m 9 days away from Japan flight and 5 days away from US flight home. It usually takes a week for the visa to be processed. So I had to get a new passport and Japanese visa within less than a week. I don’t know what magic Ross was working with, but he was able to get it all done in 4 days. I can’t begin to tell the many problems I would have faced, if he didn’t go above and beyond the call of duty.

I understand it isn't an easy process when you do it yourself online.
Yet again my visa was processed within days.

We recently had a issue obtaining Visas for our trip to India, there was a large group of us and the Indian HC sent all our Passports back to Scott's after they decided to change their rules without warning. But our contact Minder went over and above to get the Visas sorted for us and they managed to get them turned around in time for our trip. Thank you so much we had an amazing time.
