Victoria at Scoville was extremely helpful and understanding about the fault with my pan, explained the cause in full, gave excellent advice for future care of my existing pans, and replaced my faulty pan free of charge, despite me being unable to give proof of purchase. Fully recommended!

This is yet another product that doesn’t perform as advertised. I’ve tried many different types, and this one falls into the same category. The non‑stick property disappears after 3–5 months, even though the coating shows no visible damage, typical for pans of this kind.
Manufacturers always blame the customer, usually claiming the pan was overheated. But what’s the point of buying a pan you can’t cook with? If cookers have standard heat settings, then the pans should be designed to handle typical use.
Save your time and money, unless you only need a pan that lasts 3–5 months.

"Our QC team has informed me that this pan show signs of having been overheated. This is indicated by the type of deterioration shown in images.
Non-stick cookware is not designed to be used on high heats and this is not unique to Scoville. To counter this, we construct our pans from aluminium which conducts and retains heat better than the likes of stainless-steel or cast iron cookware. This means that you can use your Scoville cookware on a medium-low heat and achieve the same results as you would on a higher heat in other cookware.
In our care and use guide, we advise cooking on a medium-low heat to preserve the non-stick coating.
As this type of damage falls outside of the guidance that we provide, this product is unfortunately not eligible for replacement under the lifetime guarantee."

All of my pots and pans started sticking in under a year of normal use. When I contacted customer service, they offered to replace only one item — even though I had purchased two full sets of pots and four separate pans. After I questioned this, they stopped responding entirely and never replaced anything.
Their “guarantee” is meaningless. It’s simply a marketing tactic to get you to buy products that don’t perform as promised, with no real support when problems arise.

I bought a set of pans, plus some frying pans and. casserole pans to replace my old Tefal ones. I was really pleased with them to start with. They looked good and were nice and modern. Plus they had a lifetime guarantee (Including non-stick) on them what's not to love. It also states flake & peel free. I also bought their cooking utensils to go with it and help protect them. However after using them we started to find black bits in our food which we worked out was the coating off the pans. I raised this with Scoville only to be told they were damaged due to putting them in the dishwasher 🤔. Note I also put the frying pans and casserole one in the dishwasher but interestingly this hasn't happened with the frying pans or the casserole ones.
So my question is how can these be sold as dishwasher safe but you can't put them in the dishwasher can someone explain?? This is very misleading. I was told that the dishwasher detergents can harm the coating but was then told they couldn't recommended a suitable one to use with them 🤔. Therefore why are you marketing and selling these as dishwasher safe when in fact your saying they can't be washed in the dishwasher? Also you say they are flake & peel free, I can assure you they are not. How many people have bought these products by looking at what has been advertised only to find its incorrect. So any lifetime guarantee that you give is void. Really dissapoonted

Scolleville Never stick range was sold with a lifetime warranty, and the company has kept their promise. I kept my purchase receipt and contacted the business, who arranged a replacement pan. I'm very pleased with their service and would buy from this range again.
