One of my pot lids had turned rusty after a couple of months. With a lifetime guarantee, I contacted Scoville direct and attached photos of the damaged lid. I got a new one sent out to me.

I recently purchased a set of Saucepans and small frying pan from this company after reaading all good reviews. Unfortunately only one of the saucepans works with my Neff induction hub and it is against what they have stated in their advert. I contacted their support and after a month still have not recived any reply. I am very disapponited although quality looks solid.

I had a bit of damage on one of the pans, but it was replaced efficiently and I am very pleased.
Thankyou.

We bought the airfryer as it was reasonable priced. We have discovered that the cooking guidelines are absolutely way out. Everytime we cook anything we have to add at least 10 minutes to their cooking recommendations. So we won't be keeping it. Cooked some fish fingers for the grandchildren its say 7 mins 18 mins later after constantly restting the timer they were eventually cooked. If you want cheap and cheerful buy one but I think it was a waste of money

I couldn't be more dissatisfied with the service I have recieved.
I purchased a new frying pan and wok from the Scoville website £50+.
Whilst waiting for delivery and doing a local shop I purchased the exact same product from Asda for £11.95 each ? I emailed Scoville to say if the haven't sent the items please dont waste the postage and could they send me a refund. Some days later they arrived in the post I check ed and filled out a returns form after speaking to a sales person sent it registered post as asked and that was the last I heard of it ??
I've sent another can you contact me request, after first phoning the technical dept, who put me through to an asda store , who put me through to Asda george, who then transfered me to an overseas dial tone which cut off after two rings ??
I bet if I phoned asking for a £1000 of new stuff they'd fall over backwards to give me a number.
Mark.

I bought several Scoville pans from Asda and was initially very happy with the quality and performance. Unfortunately, the two pans used most frequently have not retained their shape over time, which means the lids no longer fit properly. This has made them impractical and, in my view, not fit for purpose.
The pans have only been used in a normal domestic setting and in line with their intended use. Given Scoville’s reputation for quality and durability, I would not expect warping to the extent that basic functionality is affected.
I was not registered for the lifetime warranty at the time, as I was unaware that registration was required. That said, I believe products should still live up to the claims made about their quality and longevity, regardless of where they were purchased.
I have contacted Scoville directly and am hopeful we can resolve this positively. Ideally, I would like the pans replaced as a gesture of goodwill, or alternatively be offered a meaningful discount that would encourage me to repurchase and remain a loyal customer.

I wish there were proper regulations for businesses that claim to offer a “Lifetime Guarantee.” Scoville appears to be one of those companies that gets away with misleading customers.
I bought a pan from Scoville’s Neverstick range, and after just 8–10 months, the coating began to fade. I contacted their support team and provided photos as requested. Based solely on those pictures, they concluded that the pan had been overheated and immediately closed the case.
What exactly do they expect customers to do with a pan if not expose it to heat? Use it as a salad bowl?

Scoville saucepan sets poor quality, I brought 2 sets of these 4 years ago , they are non stick , but because you can't use a good scourer to clean them and only non scratch scourers , I feel the saucepans are not clean properly and water marks have been on them after washing and drying . So I scrub again and still same.
So I'm going back to good stainless steel so I can see properly inside the saucepan that it's clean .

Pleased with the pan. Lid not good, doesn’t lift off slightly to let the steam out and not very good when draining veg. Also when you wash the lid, the water gets stuck inside. Sorry bought 2 but wouldn’t buy again

Bought a scoville air fryer from Asda . Worked well for a little over a year .. but couldn’t believe that the handle is simply attached by 4 screws to the pan via a plastic connection .. which simply snapped and the red hot pan went flying across the kitchen.. turns out they’re dangerous ,, mines fling back to Asda and being reported as unsafe
I bought a pot from Asda, but unfortunately I threw away the tag and the receipt. I have an induction hob, and normally all my Scoville cookware works perfectly, as I usually only use Scoville products.
However, this particular pot does not work on my induction hob. I contacted Scoville to let them know about the issue and even sent videos as proof. The only response I received was that the pot should work, with no further help or solution offered.
I am very disappointed with the customer service and the lack of support. Because of this experience, I would not buy Scoville items again
I bought a set from Asda, they were unacceptable and food stuck to the pans. Had to use a scouring pad which still didn’t work!
After several communications with then they sent me another set which were just as bad!
I’d send a video if I could. DON’T BUY THEM! In my opinion waste of money and product doesn’t suit the advertisement.
Fantastic product, so light but hard, wearing and induction compatible too.
The website is easy to navigate, good prices for the products & quick delivery.
The products are amazing & if looked after they last . I always hand wash them although they can go in a dishwasher.
They handwash so easily !!
Very happy customer 😀
Title: Dangerous pans – metal parts flying off!
Extremely dangerous product. My Scoville griddle pan made a loud bang months ago — a metal cap flew off the handle and into our food. I threw it away thinking it was a one-off. Tonight the same thing happened with my large frying pan — the cap shot off, landing next to my 7-year-old, red hot! This could have caused a serious burn. The pans are unsafe and not fit for purpose. To make matters worse my complaint hasn't even been acknowledged despite several emails. Avoid!
