This is my third car I’ve scrapped with them. Everytime has been straightforward, good communication- rang an hour before collection.They collect efficiently and takes about 10 mins. Paid within an hour (decent price). Will always use them

Scrapping car
From getting an online quote, organising the collection and receiving payment I cannot fault this company. Their quote was competitive and booking collection online was effortless with lots of options to choose from. Payment was received within an hour with plenty of communication to keep me updated throughout. I cannot recommend this company high enough

Amazing friendly company.
I Spoke to Dan Pilkington on the Monday about our car on Whatsapp and he was great and really friendly made the sale so much quicker than I ever imagined and he arranged for George to come and collect the car on Wednesday Morning who was a nice guy and helpful, the money was in my account that evening. Amazing service and great guys! Thank you

We are not collecting vans
Sadly after booking the vehicle in,( as a van)
Confirming collection in an email (as a van)
I get a second call from the driver apologising as he had just been told, "we're not collecting vans"
Not a great service
Now comes my own call to the garage to apologise for the van still being there tomorrow

We are sorry that you had such an experience. I am afraid that we are no longer collecting MWB or LWB vans. Some do slip through the system but we are sorry that we did not catch you in time to inform you. You can always call our office to book vehicles in, and our staff would always to do their upmost to assist where possible going froward.

Offered one price and I explained that is missing in the car. When they collected and next day on the phone they said I didn't say that parts are missing and give £50. Just scammers never ever again.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Found the website Friday booked my slot for Monday, had a confirmation email and text, a phone call on the day to say someone will be coming and then the driver called with estimated arrival time loaded the car onto the truck, answered my questions and took relevant details and was gone. Money hit my account within 3 hours of pick up. Also gave the highest quote. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Headline: Extremely patronising and rude service from Keith
I called today to enquire about scrapping my car and spoke with a man named Keith. I found him to be incredibly rude and patronising when I asked a simple question. It's a shame because I was looking to use this service, but I won’t be spoken to like that. Very unprofessional and has completely put me off using Scrap Car Network. The manger never resolved the matter she said she would speak to the Keith and never heard nothing back.
