Prompt communication, decent scrap price offered, collection the following day by 2 polite men who didn't hang about and got the car onto the truck quickly, and payment was in my bank account 7 hours later. Very happy (although very sad to watch my 20-year-old car being taken off to be scrapped! 😭). Would recommend this company.

Usless company. Told them everything about the vehicle i was scrapping and thag it wont run and wheels have locked up. They didnt pay attention and tried to charge me because the vehicle wouldnt move. As if i hadnt told them. I told them where they can shove it. Dreadful company

Just brilliant. If your car is broken and needs to be removed I absolutely recommend them. Easy to get a price and book an appointment.

On the day there was a call before they arrived, and the whole process took perhaps ten minutes. Excellent throughout.

Brilliant service from booking to finish. Applied on Thursday to have car picked up the next day. I was able to choose AM or PM slot. Kept informed throughout the day on what was happening with pick up. Money was transferred the same evening. Highly recommend.

Best place to go - We tried 3 other companies. 1 saying there will be there shortly never showed. we waited in all day. These guys AWESOME filled in the form the night before, called 30 minutes before they came, fast straight forward process and money came through really fast. This is the company you want to scrap your cars.

A really good service. The driver, Joe, called me up just before he was about to arrive. He also helped with the form to send to DVLA and completed the pick up of my VW Golf in minutes of arrival - very efficient and skilled worker.

The experience was excellent. This was an easy and no hassle dealing. The car was taken when I requested an AM booking. I was given half an hour notice before collection. The young man who took the car was very friendly and he explained the process clearly.

Finished a Nightshift at 6am. I waited up until after 4pm. They didn't turn up to collect my car. They didn't even bother to contact me. Just a waste of time

Easy transaction, phoned to arrange a time on the morning of collection, sorted all the paperwork and took the vehicle away.

Paid before the end of the day.

All in all an easy transaction.
