Very professional team, been coming for years service is always 10/10 and my option is really cool - Aldridge branch

Linda from your Westbourne, Bournemouth store is a credit to Scrivens. I've never had the exceptional customer care like I receive from Linda anywhere else. Time and time again she goes above and beyond.

I visited the Dorchester branch, having broken the arm of my glasses.

The lady I dealt with, asked me to leave them with her, and she would she what she could do.

I got a phone call for me to collect my glasses, Helen had found a suitable replacement, and had also put on new nose pads as well.

Nothing was promised, but Helen delivered great service for me.

What amazing service.
I visited the Mill Hill branch NW7 for a contact lense consultation.
They would not allow me to leave until I managed to put the contact lenses in and out - was there for over 1/2 hour trying - staff was so patient.
Really impressed - highly recommend a visit.

Fantastic service, I have been with specsavers since needing glasses, but went to the lymington branch as normal but was told I could no longer have my free NHS eye test as they didn't have a box to tick on computer, even though I stated I was on universal credit, and esa, and do not work due to my serious mental illness, I was made to feel like a second class citizen, so i went back to car and called scrivens in hythe and they booked me in same day. Today my husband and I went for our annual eye test and were treated with great kindness, respect. The manageress and her team are very professional with just the right touch of humour to put you at ease. The examination was very thorough, will do another review when I receive my new glasses with changed prescription.

Abi Warrington at Scrivens Gosport treated me superbly today. My hearing test was carried out professionally and empathetically. It was a pleasure to be in her company for the duration of the tests and I look forward to our next meeting in July. John Hardman

Timely, unrushed and friendly service and staff

Professional and friendly service , as always, from Scrivens, Broadstone , Dorset.

Joined their contact lens plan and paid for 3 months lenses up front. Another month's payment was paid by DD before I cancelled the plan. I received only 2 months of worth of lens after having paid for 4 months. On contacting the the contact lens department I was told I would receive 1 months repayment. Therefore I paid for 4 months of lenses, received 2 months and 1 month returned payment, they still owe me a months payment! Total rip off, lenses can be bought a lot cheaper online and get what you have paid for.

Popped in to get my hearing aid's in-ear sound leads. Staff changed while I waited. I mentioned my specs needed adjusting as the had become loose on my head. The staff replied "no problem we can adjustnthem for you". They did this evening though I explained the glasses were not purchased at Scrivens.

Scrivens should be proud of the Gosport branch staff. Very helpful and polite. Great ambassadors for Scrivens! I'll definitely use them when my eyes need testing and if new specs are needed.

Called into the Glossop Rd branch this afternoon after the lens in my reading glasses popped out.
I need my glasses for work as I input data while travelling between buildings.
The lady was really helpful and friendly and fixed it immediately with no charge.

Excellent service from friendly, professional staff. I attended the New Brighton branch for a hearing test. The audiologist was extremely knowledgeable and was very thorough when explaining the test results and options open to me. She was very patient and took time to answer my questions. The receptionist and branch manager were also really helpful. I would highly recommend Scrivens to friends & family.

I had an appointment at Scrivens Hawthorn Road Kingstanding this morning to review my hearing aids
I cannot praise Umme the audiologist enough .She was very thorough friendly and very knowledgeable.
Everything was explained clearly and I was very impressed with every aspect.

Just come back off holiday in Newquay the young lady in scrivens was great saved repaired my earring aid 10mins to go bank holiday as well fixed after dog tried to eat it thankyou so much Michael ayres Birmingham

The staff at Bolton are excellent & very friendly and helpful. Nicole helped my brother choose his frames & was very helpful & efficient. Highly recommend.
