Good service but hidden costs added on is a bit disappointing!

It would be better if the staff gave the customer time to look around the shop on there own.

Excellent service from Stuart helped me to measure couch to make sure it would fit through my front door didn't put pressure on me to buy. When I first walked into store was greeted spoke to by a few staff but was then left alone to look at all the furniture without any sales pressure that can be off putting in other stores

We were having a leisurely browse in store for a 2 seater sofa and found a two seater we both liked. Luckily at that point Shirley passed by, and we asked for her help. We asked her for advice and what options we had for for the sofa, and payment options. She was very helpful and polite and we left very happy with a new sofa.

We originally liked a sofa that was too big. Shirley’s knowledge of the products allowed us to see similar couches of the right size. Very helpful to measure and show us the colours and made it all very easy. Thank you Shirley!
