Received a really warm welcome from Eve at Chelmsford. Left us alone to browse explained all choices.

The 2 operatives who delivered our 2 chairs were very professional and helpful.
Would have definately given a 5 star reveiw but expectations have not been completely met due to the chairs arriving without battery packs (which we was expecting having checked in store). Also one of the electrical leads being shorter meaning we cannot connect to the 13a socket outlet without an additional extension lead to reach where the chair is positioned (also checked in store).
This now means additional cost for battery packs.
Once again the delivery people were very good and do get a 5 star rating.

Excellent service. Didn't feel pressured and was given time to think, discuss and explore.
The delivery guys was so efficient can't praise them enough jac and his partner forgot his name sorry were great.
We were greeted by a member of staff as soon as we entered the store they helped us with what we asked for and were very friendly,we were not pressurised to buy whilst we were there ,we did return the next day to purchase a new sofa. The young man we delt with was very helpful
The sofa is a great product. I would give that 5 stars, but the delivery could be better. The tracking of the delivery was way off. It showed my sofa heading up the M11 away from me when it had been 15 minutes away with me listed as the next drop off. It did arrive 3 hrs later. (A direct number for the delivery crew would have helped).
The center leg was found by my granddaughter 1 week later. (clearly not screwed in sufficiently. )

She helped me find the perfect sofa and guided me through the whole process whilst Adam kindly made me the most amazing coffee! Superb service. I can not recommend the lovely Chloe and Adam at Chelmsford enough! Fabulous experience.
Nice lady but she got our address and my name wrong. I was not given any paperwork, so I only noticed these significant errors by chance as I rarely look at emails and text messages

I received excellent service from everybody at SCS/Poltronesofa from buying the suite in store to the crew that delivered the suite to us yesterday. It could not be bettered!
Very helpful and knowledgeable of the products explained how the delivery process works and if we had any questions 👍

Wasn’t happy with the customer service/incorrect information provided at store at the time of purchasing my sofas due to the following:
1. We were not explained properly the warranty cost, in fact were told it’ll cost us much less than what we were charged.
2. We were assured that one of the sofas will arrive on 10th July and the other two will arrive end of August. However, when I checked the online tracking, all three sofas are marked to arrive end of August. Went to store to question and was pretty much told there is nothing they can do!
Edited after reply received on 02/06/26: Thank you for your reply and I’m aware that my delivery date is set for 28/08/26. However, as stated in my original review, at store we were assured that the sofa bed will be delivered on 10/07/26 which was the reason to go ahead with the entire order. It’s extremely disappointing to have to wait for full 4 months for the entire order and have already been to the store which were not helpful and pretty much said they can’t do anything and nobody can take responsibility or speed up my delivery.

Adam was brilliant. Found us the perfect sofa bed. Happy for us to go away and reflect. Two weeks later we spoke to him by phone and booked it.
