Salesman very helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to find a sofa which suited our purpose showed us a number of suitable coverings.
Overall good experience the only negative was the long wait for delivery but thar seems to be the same elsewhere. So pleased with the service we recieved and we would be happy by from Poltronesofa again.

I had very limited space and tiny entrance and doorways but they knew exactly which 3 sofas would fit and showed me them and then talked me through ordering and delivery

The 2 young men who delived my chair. Contacted me before they arrived with a delivery time. They worked well together and treated my home with respect. They took every piece of packaging away with them and left the chair in the position I requested. It was plugged in and tested before they left. Perfect.

The Chelmsford shop is clean and inviting with a great selection of sofas. The staff were very helpful but not overpowering and helpful in helping me to decide what sofas I wanted.

Sales person very knowledgeable , after we choose the sofa and ordered it we then found out that the sofa had a 4 week delay .
