Our new sofas are finally here, the crew who delivered and set up for us were great, fast very tidy, cleared all rubbish. showed us how the leg rest and head tilts worked, all in all a very good experience.

Delivery guys were great, but disappointed with how long I had to wait for the furniture but overall really happy

Peter was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with, we came back after looking at a few other places and there was no hard sell , just professional information and general helpfulness. We arrived at the Croydon on a Saturday morning, the show room was laid out very well we were welcomed with a smile and asked if we needed any help just to ask. We did come across a very nice corner unit this is where we met Peter who talked us through where the sofa unit was made what designs and fabrics available etc. He was full of information and extremely helpful, and a very nice man. He did a quote for us with discounts and after care included. We went away to think about it and returned within an hour to see Peter as we thought that was the corner sofa unit for us. We had a coffee met with the store manager and he went through and double checked what we wanted to purchase and the time scale. Again a very nice man and a great team he has at his store.

I am over- impressed with the service received by the team at Poltronesofa, Croydon! From start i.e., ordering the sofa, being well looked after by Osa, our Customer Service Representative, to finish with delivery taking place way ahead of schedule, the experience has been impeccable. Showroom staff very helpful, without being pushy. Delivery guys very polite. Their English not too good & if you were a little deaf, could have been a problem as very lightly spoken. Explained how item works. Recliner handled with care. Took all wrapping etc away. Very tidy. Notifications during transit exceptional - the BIG couriers/companies could learn a lot from your system. I will be honest, Freddie (French bulldog) did NOT like recliner at first. Now we fight over who gets first choice😂🤣😂 Oh yes chair superb leather. Almost a match, in colour, to sofa & 2x snugglers. Overall satisfied but did take a long time to provide, in this day & age.
I must admit I’m still rather confused though. I bought from/via SCS. I thought the ‘Italian’ connection was a subset not a takeover🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
