Excellent service. Calvin was the most helpful and knowledgeable server. Prices compared to other sofa stores were favourable. Many other sofa stores, seemed to me, stocked Temu sofas!!! Check out that site!

Delivery was slightly delayed however the crew were average. It was an acceptable delivery experience

It was a very good experience and the salesman Jerry was really helpful .

Michael, the sales rep, was excellent but I waited four months for delivery. I waited all day for delivery, and then the electrical connections were missing so I can’t make use of the recliner.
I had to be ready for specific delivery advice before 7am. This was then scheduled for 9.50-10.00am but due to an accident on the motorway my chair didn’t arrive until 16.30pm.

Greeted straight away with a smiling friendly member of staff named Jerry at the Croydon branch, was asked what in particular I was looking for & was led straight to the options available with all the information on the colours & material available, fantastic service from the moment I arrived, during & until I left, very nice store & an amazing staff member who was so knowledgeable on everything, great guy, lucky to have him, I also bought an electric swivel recliner that is an amazing chair, highly recommend so we'll done all round Poltronesofà

The sofa was delivered on time, and installed within 20 mins. The installers were polite and professional. The sofa quality matched my expectations.

A nice comfy sofa, but the delivery was a let down. Sofa seat cushions, back cushions and footstool (cream) were brought in without any packaging on them, and the plastic wrapping on the sofa was coming off while it was being brought in. A mark was left on the arm of the sofa which was either there already or caused when it was being brought in. When this was mentioned to a member of the delivery crew, they responded "marks aren't a big deal, there's a cleaning kit" however I wasn't provided with this.

Amazing store so much to choose from right down to choosing leather, material, wonderful selection of colours and textures. The staff that work there were so knowledgeable when asking questions. We had Peter to help us he certainly knew his job inside and out. That day we visited all the other big sofas stores but went back to SCS and decided to go for their Italian range a beautiful moda corner unit. Very well made certainly looks the part in our lounge, the customer service team kept us updated when our corner unit would arrive and on the day they called to let us know what time. The 2 delivery guys were very professional polite great service. Have told so many of our friends and family that the experience we had with SCS was brilliant. So to sum it up we have a beautiful piece of furniture great after care package and was an excellent price.

Sales service was excellent but the delivery service let the experience down.
The delivery was later than the tracking which can be expected with traffic but, initially the drivers brought in and left the wrong sofa. Wrong model and colour.
They returned an hour later with the correct sofa that they had on the vehicle still. This caused unnecessary stress.

Your sales person was attentive and very helpful.

We have not received our sofa bed yet, but the experience in the shop was perfect. Jerry answered all our questions, explained everything in detail and was more than helpful and professional. I will come back with the product experience. The shop experience was absolutely great and Jerry's help was greatly appreciated.

Staff extremely helpful and if they didn’t know the answer, there was always someone around who did.

I brought a ex display corner sofa and Jerry in Purley way Croydon was so nice and friendly didn't rush me so helpful.
Then came the delivery and the men was a nightmare tryed the corner piece could not get it in the front door was not going to even try the other 2 parts just said the whole sofa will not go in after a few phone calls they ended up getting just 1 piece in the shay's long bit.
They left the other 2 pieces outside and went.
But Craig from Croydon saved the day he arranged for a lovely guy called Ryan to come in at 9pm at night after working all day finished at 10.30 dismantled the 2 units and got them in the house
So a big thank you Craig and Ryan

Very helpful , to meet my needs of what I wanted

I was greeted when I entered the store, asked what I was looking for, guided in the right direction and then left to browse. No pushy sales tactics just the odd helpful comment. I managed to confuse myself and was about to throw in the towel when the lovely chap that I’d first seen popped up and sorted me out so to speak! I was glad of his help at that point. Decision made and I ordered the sofas. Can’t say more than that regarding delivery as I’ve not got them yet.

Delivery time kept on changing a bit awkward when trying to change my arrangements or appointments or work commitments, but care was taken with the delivery of my goods
