The sales person was very proffesional and guided us through our purchase and choice.

When we walked in the store we knew what we wanted and Jerry took us around and showed us all the recliner chairs.He was very helpful and not at all pushy. We decided on the chair and now await delivery.We visited in August and the earliest estimated delivery is the 21st November which I do find a rather long time too wait.I have given 4 stars for the service we received at the showroom.When we receive the chair I will review further

I bought two three seater leather sofas which was delivered on the 17th After a fight on the phone they have finally sent someone to look at it the 3rd September the after sales is shocking and it is going to more time and stress for them to sort this out. I would not recommend buying from this company and wish I bought them somewhere else

Good service from the shop and delivered on time and with care.
Unfortunately our sofa had a defect on one seat so had to try to get it fixed through SCS and that’s where it all went down hill. Since requesting a repair on 08/06/26 we have been trying to get a replacement seat cushion delivered and fitted… despite several calls nothing has happened. Service beyond the shop is terrible.
