Ian at the Darlington store went above and beyond for us when deciding on a sofa. We went and ended up buying one. He was very helpful and gave very good advice.

A friendly greeting from staff but then just left to browse which is exactly what we wanted ..when ready to order had an amazing service

Regarding the product, corner sofa and foot stool with storage,,,material and quality is really very good,,,price is reasonable,,,we give 5 stars,,,Regarding service and communication with the local store,,,online communication between the warehouse,,,carrier and online website,,,simply terrible cooperation between all these branches,,,no one knows what the other is doing!!! Long waiting time, after waiting for this time of about 15 weeks we finally received an SMS about the delivery date,,when we waited for another SMS with confirmation of time slot and track delivery,,,we did not receive it at night,,,we waited at home all day,,we called the store several times,,we tried online website,,registered, track delivery and found my order number impossible!! website had an error,, staff finally called the delivery driver, found a time slot and the delivery finally took place,,,delivery staff did not have our mobile contact in the system,,and it was definitely not their fault,, for delivery we give 5 stars,,,shops staff local branch some very helpful,,,but some very disorganised,,slow and unwillingness to help in solving the delivery of the seat,, for local branch 3 stars,,,But for customer service,,,website and communication between employees from production,,warehouse,delivery and informing the customer 0 stars,,,we are glad that that stressful day is over,, but now we can't imagine having to communicate with customer service in case of a complaint,,,it will definitely be very difficult after this experience,,,I would definitely not recommend this shop to my friends!!! Everyone just wants to make money,,but the service doesn't care about that at all!!! And service is the most important part for a company's good name, we all know that!!!

We were greeted as we entered, but allowed to browse around the Showroom with out pressure. When we spotted a sofa we really liked, we called the Salesman over, he was very helpful showing us various colours and materials we could have the Sofa in and the sizes available, converting them into Feet and Inches for us, he was very knowledgeable, having worked there for 24 years. we took the measurements home, and decided to go back and order the Sofa we had seen, in the smaller size, he recognised us and again was extremely helpful.
The store was immaculately clean and welcoming
all the staff spoke, we could not have wished for better service. We were slightly disappointed at the length of time before our Sofa will be delivered, but that the way things work nowadays.

Ian, who worked in the showroom, was helpful and sociable, without being too pushy.
He provided all the information we needed and answered all our questions. Ian put us at ease, without the usual pressure of salespeople.
His friendly and warm character makes him an excellent member of the sales team. Thank you Ian for all your help.

We were given an approximate date for delivery when we ordered and we received it by that date.
When the suite was delivered it was delivered ten minutes early and the men brought it in and assembled it in about 20minutes and took away all the rubbish leaving us to admire and enjoy our new suite. I can recommend this company.y

Bought two sofas today at poltronesofa darlington today ,we really enjoyed our visit to this shop and we were served by a very good salesman who was lovely and helpful, I would recommend this shop

Someone from the store explains how the shop works when you enter, then you are left to look around without anyone hassling you. If help is needed or you want to see a certain material on a different sofa, they were happy to oblige, but you weren't constantly been followed as I've found in other sofa shops.

could not do enough for us very helpful and informative

I saw the sofa I chose online first, but couldn’t believe the price so I went straight to the nearest SCS and found it instore and I was impressed it was better than you see online, which is a nice change and very comfortable. I prefer to support local stores than buying on line so I decided as I was there and I really liked it to just get it, can’t wait for it to arrive.

All the staff are nice and the whole team made us feel welcome

Ian was absolutely amazing, he was so helpful we got all of the details about the sofa but after having such a bad day with my old sofa breaking he 100% cheered me up and we left the store with smiles on our faces
