Well from the first arival at Poltrone SCS great welcome and support in locating choosing and agreeing purchace very helpful staff. Updates by text and email and delivery updates and time very efficient early morning delivery over all great experience 👍 was in this week buying an occasional chair for bedroom and again great service 👍

Staff gave us brief overview of leather/ cloth availability and left us to browse without being intrusive.

Jen was pleasant (as were all staff) knowledgeable and took time to explain all the different fabrics and sofas. I felt valued as a customer. She is a credit to your company and I would highly recommend this store.

I think the guys who work for scs to deliver sofa should have had more training they couldn’t get sofa in and we had to get an alternative sofa delivery witch all they did different was to take of removable headrest really if the first delivery guys had known this I would not of had to pay an extra £140 for someone else who had known what they where doing sofa is now in very pleased with it but already have just noticed a little scratch will be back in touch with with scs soon

Great service by the delivery team. Called me when they were five minutes away. Friendly and polite. Didn’t take long. And took all rubbish back with them.

After visiting Metrocentre Store and having a problem with the store getting an email to me I nearly gave up but remembered there was a Poltonesofa store on Durham.
I have visited on 3 occasions to make sure I was happy with the sofa I purchased. I spoke with Terry Jen and Samantha and I have to say they were all extremely professional nothing was a problem, I wasn't harassed in any way and felt comfortable throughout the whole experience.
I have ordered my sofa now excited waiting for its arrival

Notified of the delivery time and it arrived exactly as expected. The two delivery fitters had it in the house made up and installed quickly two sofas

A lovely store which is well laid out.
Sadly not a great deal of assistance or product knowledge from the staff member.
Despite that I did make a purchase based on the information formation gained on the website before my visit.
