Well laid out showroom with some beautiful furniture. Staff member was friendly without being pushy, very helpful and appeared when we needed him! We bought a reclining armchair at a decent price (reduced!) and are awaiting delivery.

Great helpful service

Italian range sofa squeeks and creeks when sitting on it or moving slightly. Seat cusion is squashed down and hardly padded any more
They sent a repair company out they use which basically said its normal for it to do that (SCS are paying the invoice obviously)
Have said theres nothing else they can do

We visited the Grimsby store and the staff were very friendly and helpful right from us entering the store. The sales assistant introduced himself and told us a little about the company. He wasn’t pushy and told us to browse the store and he wasn’t there if we needed any assistance. He was very knowledgeable and made our experience a very pleasurable one resulting in us buying a new sofa.

Came in couple of week ago once decided on my birthday i would treat myself to a new sofa wasn’t too sure what we wanted didn’t really know what we was looking for all me and my wife knew was that we needed a new one once we stepped in we was welcomed by a lovely guy (Martin) friendly positive manor and seeing how we didn’t have a clue where to start he was extremely helpful and patient took us around basically the entire store talking about all the different types of sofa material ect ect until we finally found one that both fell in love with, was extremely patient with us as we had our toddler with us at the time who kept running around and being curious about everything true asset to the team our sofa arrived this morning and couldn’t be more happier with it and such a positive experience we was both dressing to begin with

Martin at the Grimsby store was absolutely brilliant today! Helped us find our perfect sofa for our first house! Gave us so many helpful tips and advice but also didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. With it being our first time buying a sofa he explained everything so clearly and made sure he answered all of our questions. He was genuinely a really kind and very professional guy. My 3 year old also approves after he was charging around the store he got so comfy he fell asleep on one of the sofas! Martin is overall a great credit to the company!

Just been to the Grimsby SCS and purchased our new sofa! Martin who served us was a god send, informing us of all options available, was such great customer service and I will definitely recommend to friends and family!

I went with my friends to help them look at sofas and Sam was the one helping them. He was very friendly and so lovely. He had extensive knowledge on all sofas me and my friends asked about and he made us feel really comfortable. I’m currently trying to convince my partner to buy a sofa from scs now, there’s a massive range of sofas suited to everyone! Would recommend to friends and family :)

The delivery team were excellent. They texted the time frame and nearer the time they rang with up to date time. They were polite, quick and efficient.

Went into store this lunch time to look at Sofas… Had a good look round without being followed by staff ( as you normally do) a Very pleasant experience … When we found a settee Wayne was most helpful and explained everything thoroughly… Very pleased with our purchase… hopefully delivery will go without any problems…
