High quality sofa at a budget price. No fuss delivery, friendly team both in store and with the delivery service. I went out with a friend to buy a sofa for them but was so impressed with the quality and price I bought one for myself :) impulse buy because i couldn’t resist. Best impulse buy ever.

Delivered as promised and with care and attention. The ordering at the branch was an excellent experience and we are pleased with the quality and comfort of the sofas .

We had not been in the store before. Suzanne explained the set up fully and allowed us to wander around. We ask her questions and she was very knowegable. We had 2 sofas in the running and went to have a look at the other stores in the locallity. Nothing caught our eye so went back. Suzanne was busy with another client. We waited for her finish whilst making up our mind. We made our choice and Suzanne helped us complete the sale. We were completly satified with the whole experience. We are now hoping that the delivery service will be just as good.

This is a review of the delivery process only. Anthony and Sean kept us informed of their delivery timetable and on arrival were very friendly and efficient; also demonstrated how to connect the battery pack I'd bought from a separate supplier.

The back office process of agreeing a delivery time could have been more helpful as in the end their arrival coincided with the arrival of a local charity collection for our old sofas (something I'd hoped to avoid but the person on the SCS delivery phone line said they couldn't specify even morning or afternoon which is poor by the standards of the best delivery services) but the four guys between them managed to work around one another

Overall a great customer experience, from ordering to delivery. We were kept informed of the delivery date and time throughout the process once we knew the furniture had arrived in the country. The delivery drivers were excellent and took away all the packaging.

Great customer service in store fully informed on delivery and very professional sevice all round including delivery.
Only thing i would like to add is i could not get a sample of the fabric before delivery to help me choose my soft furnishings.
