Kelly, the sales advisor at Mansfield was brilliant. Friendly, helpful and not pushy, we were there quite a while as couldn’t decide which colour to have and she didn’t rush us.

We walked in only to browse, Kelly, I think her name was asked if we were ok and if we needed anything, said no problem we're only browsing.
No pressure, no problem.
Saw a settee we liked and suddenly we weren't browsing anymore!
Kelly was nearby and was very helpful, knowledgeable and possibly the loveliest woman you could ever wish to meet! Anyway, we bought a settee that we never intended buying!

The Staff are so helpful and friendly in this shop, I went in for a sofa for my conservatory and they made me feel right at home they even offered me a hot drink. I got exactly what I wanted at a great price and the sofa is great quality. Would highly recommend

very good layout and selection greeted at the door by Conlan who demonstrated a recliner sofa then left us to browse,we asked for his assistance on delivery times and he spoke to the manager then we paid and left the shop happy again after 9 years ago

From start to finish excellent service lovely staff at Mansfield branch talk through want we wanted placing order and kept us informed throughout delivery was excellent was told night before our time slot with a detailed time slot on the morning of delivery the 2 men who delivered our new sofa was great knew what they was doing left us a great smile on our faces

Welcoming on arrival. I new instantly which sofa and chair (chair not on display) I wished to purchase as it was displayed just in front of the showroom entrance. Chris talked us through the process and doubled checked sizes for me, he explained delivery timing’s etc.

Chris knowledgeable on the product and very helpful throughout the whole process and transaction.

I can’t remember the name of the lady that served us but she’s a cat lady and blonde and she was so down to earth lovely and very helpful to the point that when we decided to buy the sofa I sought her out and didn’t want anyone else hoping she’d get the commission (if any) also gorgeous sofa can’t wait for it to arrive! We are the family who sat on the newest sofa and were easily distracted by the phone charging plate!

We arrived as a family with a budget and series of requirements. The lady who dealt with us was patient, knowledgeable and gave great advice. We purchased on the day and the store was the 1st one we visited - We intended to visit all the competition, before making an commitment.

Lost a star due to how long its taken to be delivered, the price of the delivery too. Lovely sofa hope it lasts the test of time, the delivery lads were good, took them no time to put together (I wasn't expecting them to do that), all rubbish taken, no damage, credit to them as it was very hot.

You kept me well informed and were on time the delivery men were excellent can't fault your service
