Staff were very friendly and helpful but they were pushed for time, having arrived 2 hours late,so delivery, unpacking and setting up was rather hurried.
The armchair was damaged. It appeared the wooden frame underneath was broken or dislocated as the chair rocked. Delivery staff noted and reported problem. Prompt response from Poltron but a 2 week delay before technician could attend to inspect and determine way forward.

Pleasant visit again to the store. Staff are polite and don't pester you, but are there if you have any questions. Purchased our 2nd sofa here this year and was served by Enrique on both occasions, very polite and knowledgeable. Excellent service

I have only been to the show room to make my choice and can only rate that experience.

The staff were excellent and very knowledgeable. My wife is disabled and we need to choose Sofas and Armchairs very carefully as she has pressure point issues on her legs. Waliur was very helpful and went the extra mile to move things round so that my Wife could try different seats out. Due to his efforts we found a Sofa and Armchairs that suited our needs including a rise and lift Armchair that exceeded our expectations!
The Northampton store was very well laid out and Sharon also helped make our choice. The added bonus of a lift made the visit easier for a disabled person.
We look forward to the delivery of our purchases and really enjoyed our visit to the Store.

As ordered and great delivery staff

The delivery men were very prompt, polite and made the delivery very easy to my first floor flat .

Your assistant, Ally, was extremely helpful giving us time and space to look around but always aware of where we were, she was friendly and on hand to answer any questions we had, which she answered with confidence, showing a great deal of knowledge.
Before we left she gave us a quote for what we could have and what we should have, we were fairly sure the suite was for us but decided to look around, the difference between stores was like chalk & cheese. The following day we called in to see Ally, she was great, putting us at ease, and finalising the paperwork. I would have no hesitation in recommending this store to my friends.
Now looking forward to getting our new suite before or just after Christmas.

After visiting DFS and having a bad experience, we were instantly greated by Mia from NorthamptonRiverside, I had previously meet Mia a couple of months prior and on our recent visit she was polite, helpful and very informative, established what our requirements were and tooks us straight to a few sofas.

Really friendly staff in the shop when initially buying the sofa. Didn’t feel pressured as soon as I walked in. Was left to browse and staff were instantly on hand and knowledgeable.
Delivery was easy and we were very impressed with the time scales and the notifications of said timescales. As full time working people in this house, the email providing us with delivery was perfect as we could narrow down the time easily and fit this around the working day

Considering we have dealt with SCS before and weren’t that impressed since the rebrand the staff couldn’t do anymore for us, came away really happy with the choice we made and now hope the furniture stacks up as good.
