Poltronesofa Puchase & Delivery

Service from Chris at store was great, helpful and not pushy. Had to wait 13wks for delivery, in stead of the 8/9wks. Delivery guys were great, careful and polite, especially as they had to wait for the recycling bin truck to move before they could unload.

Excellent from store to our home

In store, we were greeted by Donna and then able to wander and peruse the sofas at our speed without interruption. When we needed more information we were able to ask Donna who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. As we placed our order with her the model, colour, sizes, etc were confirmed twice and then with a supervisor. She gave us an estimate for when the sofas would be ready. Absolutely excellent service in store!
Delivery was also a really positive experience with frequent communication and being able to track the truck in transit! James and Rafa phoned when they were an hour away and were friendly and professional in bringing the sofas in and setting them up. Excellent service from store to our home! So pleased with our new sofas.

Friendly and respectful staff

After my first visit to look at sofa’s I was impressed with the way we were treated the service was by far the best out of the other stores I went to. I have ordered a sofa and now await delivery so here’s hoping that will be as good.

Lovely store set up

Lovely store set up, smelt amazing too. Staff helpful knowledgeable. The water bottle was a lovely touch base we walked around, there was no rushing when I was unsure which one I preferred best. Would definitely recommend to people. Looking forward to receiving our sofa.

Very happy with SCS purchase

Lovely store with plenty of choice and we found the perfect sofa and was helped by the lovely Alison who explained everything in detail. Lovely time choosing our new sofa today and we just hoping for an earlier delivery🤞

Excellent service

Excellent service. Very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Very happy with my choices with some advice from Samira. I am so excited and looking forward to delivery. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Avoid them, happy to sell but not to resolve issues

The salesperson said the console unit would fit anywhere on the corner sofa, I even double checked in store as I couldn't find our required configuration online, they said not everything is shown online and it will be fine. Sofa delivered and no option to fit the console inbetween the 2 seats of a corner unit!!
In addition the reading lights of the console didn't work, after a failed repair needing a part they still don't work 4 months later. I'm now creating a consumer credit act claim. Staff are very friendly when your buying but do not care afterwards.
Edit following SCS reply...contact was made and a repair booking made for 23rd June which they cancelled. They tried to contact to make another booking when I was on holiday. Its 4 months since delivery hence Ive now lost patience.

Really good service when picking my…

Really good service when picking my sofa, no pushy sales. Extremely polite staff and gave me time to go home to measure to make sure it would fit.

It kept me updated with my order & delivery date. People delivering were amazing, even taught me how to take my sofa to pieces incase I needed to move it. Gave advice on what to unplug too when moving it.
