Care and respective delivered

The first delivery didn’t come so waited 2 weeks for the second delivery which did come 4and half hours late according to the tracker while waiting I ring the store several times with no answer the store manager text me to say I will ring you when I can I’m still waiting not a good service will not recommend to anyone

Great delivery guys were brill called 1hr before hand.then did a walk through to see where the sofa was going and took photos to make sure there was no damage .plus I am in a flat on the 3rd floor.set up sofa and dressed it and took away all the packaging thank you very much.

From in store, to delivery, everything was bang on! We were shown some lovely options for what we wanted, went home, had a thing then ordered online. Shortly after that we received a phonecall confirming our order and giving us an approximate lead time. We were allocated a delivery slot within that time and kept up to date regarding it's progress. The delivery guys put it where it was going and assembled it. They were very helpful and professional!

The sofa bed is great quality and very comfortable!

What a great Experience in Scs Speke. We were looking for a Sofa Bed with fast delivery and were so happy we came to Speke. Lisa was absolutely fantastic and helped us choose the perfect Sofa bed for our needs. Wow what an amazing morning my fiance and I have had visiting ScS Speke today!
From the moment we walked in Lisa and Deb greeted us with no pressure at all, I really could not make my mind up regarding a new corner sofa and recliner, Lisa was so professional / Helpful and helped us pick a beautiful sofa. The lovely Deb arranged delivery and confirmed we will get before Christmas which we are delighted with!

Guys arrived early, installed settee quickly and efficiently, ensured we were happy and cleared up all mess and packaging.

From the point of visiting the Speke Liverpool store, both the Store Manager and Marcus the salesman were very helpful and accommodating.

Having made our purchase we have been kept updated throughout and the day before delivery we were notified of the delivery time which was followed up on the day with a call from the delivery driver with a time of arrival.

The crew arrived on time, were polite and courteous. In no time at all the sofa was set up and the crew checked if we had any questions. Excellent service .. thank you.

The two delivery guys were polite and helpful. They put my two couches exactly where I indicated. I'm very happy with the delivery service and my couches.

Very quick response from Brad in the social media team not sure if it was his first day at SCS.

Maybe SCS turning over £54million have just become a big animal that moves very very very slowly.

But in my case it is obvious that the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing.

Even with Mr Fleetwoods departure ,when the chair feels different its time to go....

Guys kept me updated with delivery times. And called when an hour away which was really helpful.
Then the care of my new home was amazing. Sheets down in the stairs to save the carpet. Took saga bed up set it up for me. Showed me how it worked and left a leather care pack. Guys were polite and respectful of my property and me. Would well recommend to friends and family and I will use SCS again

We ordered the Fenton Settee range in April. We were given a estimated delivery date for 11/07/25, I happened to look on the account page and seen the estimated date is now 15/07/25. I know it's only supposed to be a few days later but they didn't even contact us to let us know and now I've seen the reviews I'm starting to get really worried. Then to make it worse I decided to go to the shop itself and ask to find it's empty and getting revamped so no staff

Peter & John delivered my two couches today and they were so
Professional and delivered as promised on the time allotted- they called me telling me they were on their way and would be with me in 20 mins - they delivered as promised and I’m very happy indeed with my new couches thank you both very much

I would highly recommend as I have never been to any store where I have had such amazing customer care so helpful & friendly. All the staff were lovely that’s hard to find these days. They deserve recognition.

Liz and Paul from SCS Speke were both excellent. They helped us to purchase our new suite and made sure we got the best service possible. Highly recommend.

Friendly delivery men, Martin and James. They were competent and put the furniture together quickly. They were also tidy, taking all packaging away with them. Showed me how to operate controls.
