The two delivery men were good, given the inclement weather. The provision of shoe covers would have been good, given the weather.

Was made welcome , asked if we needed assistance by both staff they gave us time to look round at our leisure very helpful gave us a much needed bottle of old water

The furniture arrived on the time I was given which was fantastic as I didn't need to be in all day. The two lads who put the furniture together where very nice and polite they put the furniture together in no time and took all the packaging away. Would recommend this company.

He asked us what we were looking for and guided us to the sofa and chair he recommended
Wow, what a comfortable sofa with lumbar control and reclining seats.

We liked how we were greeted, asked what we wanted and then left to look around. After choosing the sofa we wanted it then took nearly an hour to complete the transaction. The ipad was too slow and time consuming.

The young lady I saw was very helpful answered all my questions hopefully the people who deliver my sofa will be has helpful

We were made welcome on arrival, given space to browse, and was assisted very well when required
Once we finally decided on choice of sofa and footstool, any enquiries were explained no problem
Before ordering we enquired re having feet made higher, in order to make seating higher, as our son who was with us thought it was something that could be done during the manufacture
But we were told that could not be done, but we have ordered and hopefully can arrange something ourselves after delivery

Customer Service at the store brilliant, Sofas brilliant. The 3 stars are because of the delivery. Booked to come on 14th, took day off, says on tracking, delivery 3.50-4.30 so I thought ok, I can nip out in the morning. Then throughout the day, they kept moving the timeslot until eventually it reached 5.55-6.55. Then without any warning tracking disappeared!! We got 2 automated emails saying it would still arrive on 14th but the tracking now said 15th at 3.50-4.30. Customer service couldn't really help because the distribution centre had closed. Following morning, when we were both at work, we got a phone call to say it would be 10am. We told them we wouldn't be home until 3.30pm as we had already booked time off previous day. I got home just before 3.30pm and the tracking showed the van was already back at the depot in Elland. We were clearly not going to get our sofas for a 2nd day. Customer service tried to tell us that delivery slots work around deliveries done in the same area, yet they didn't manage to deliver it on time in the first place. We are not complainers, if we had got a phone call both days telling us that they were sorry and struggling to get to us, we would've been more accepting. But both days we were left hanging, this is not acceptable. Finally we got our sofas this morning and the delivery men were lovely (not the same 2 allocated to the missed deliveries). We won't be purchasing from this company again.

We were concerned about whether the sofa and chairs would fit through our doors. Nahida showed us how the chairs and sofa came apart to aid getting them in and showed us another option which was two chairs from another range but would have the same covering as the sofa. We came back to the store with our measurements and we checked the sizes with Nahida. We are still concerned about the limited time for delivering three pieces of furniture.

Delivery ETA was spot on. The crew were brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. They deserve some recognition!

When delivery was made both men were stripped to the waist with one in shorts.They were quite polite and pleasant,but one had beer on his breath.When it came to removing the plastic ties neither had a knife,and had to use my kitchen scissors.In view of the TV advertising,and your impressive premises,what a lack of proffessionalism.Certalnly not the image you would wish to project.The delivery was made on Thursday 30th.April.On Sunday 3rd.May I was greatly alarmed by a bang,and a black plastic cover landing,I discovered it was from the electrical plug.This was reported,and am now told I have to wait 12 weeks for replacement!!!NOT a great success story is it.At 88 and 85 years old we were expecting comfort not heart ache.Am so disappointed and disallusioned.

The friendly,helpfull staff were great and very welcoming.
My only negative issue is that a care plan was added to my bill without any discussion or my agreement .
