We found all the staff to be particularly helpful when we had a problem in wanting to amend our order having reconsidered we found we couldn’t fit the larger sofa in and thankfully the staff managed to change the order for us for which we are extremely grateful and I’d like to say that the staff at Waterlooville are an asset to your company and we’d certainly consider using you again.

We visited the waterlooville store and were greeted by Jake. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, he was patient and was able to explain the differences in the sofas we were interested in and helped us come to a decision. We cannot speak highly enough of how helpful he was and made what was a tough choice a lot simpler, thank you!

Amazing! From order to delivery! Communication at every stage brilliant. On the day I was given a time then a phone call to say coming earlier if that was convenient for me. The actual delivery was smooth. The two guy work in unison not even needing to communicate between each other they worked brilliantly as a team. A job well done from start to finish. Thank you! 👏

Right from the initial visit to SCS in Waterlooville we were treated really well by the assistant who was very helpful and knowledgeable and did not put us under any pressure. The delivery which we were quoted was accurate. The crew which delivered our suite were polite and efficient.

Excellent sales staff, not pushy, very helpful. Furniture delivered earlier than expected 👏 delivery men very polite, friendly and efficient. Only negative was 2 items came separately rather than together. So had to wait in twice 10 days apart. Very happy with my new 2 seater sofa and swivel armchair.

We were made welcome as soon as we entered the shop. Frank asked us some questions on what we were looking for. He directed us to the areas that would be helpful, then left us to look around several sofas. As soon as we sat down Frank came over to see if we wanted anymore help. He came back with the colour samples. Once we decided on which one we wanted he took us to the tills. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the delivery cost and not able to use my Forces Discount card. Unfortunately that's policy for the store.

I ordered and paid for a sofa in April and was specific could not take delivery until August as my house is undergoing works following a leak. This was marked on the order and my sales copy and was assured by the sales rep no problem. I then received a text saying delivery would take place end of june I phoned the store and the member of staff said this was their mistake and corrected their system. I then receive a further text saying delivery for the 22nd of June. I phoned the store today and the lady I spoke to was rude not apologetic and said her colleague from my call last Saturday did not update the system. I explained the delivery instructions were clear when purchased and this mistake had occurred twice now. I asked to speak to her manager and she refused and asked her name which she refused then reluctantly provided me with her first name at the end of the call Elissa. I asked when did she last attend customer training with the company and she refused to answer. This is poor and unacceptable customer service

Salesman was very helpful and let us look around before asking if we needed help instead of jumping straight on us as we walked in the store which was very refreshing

Jake was so helpful and friendly from the moment we first walked in to the store. He had lots of patience with us while we chose the perfect sofa (which took two visits) and he was not pushy which was important for us. I would definitely recommend taking a look in this store if you are looking for fantastic quality made furniture with so many options.

Had to deal with customer services with ref to a supply issue, and all I can do is say they went above and beyond and really went the extra mile , to sort it, and did, thank you very its very reassuring to know the company does have your back to sort any issue ,that's worth a lot to have that peace of mind , alot would walk away they didnt thank you
