I had a lovely experience at the store, the lady was attentive, answered all my questions, and spent a lot of time with me.
The communication was great all through.
I was emailed the night before delivery informing me of approximate time, and message in the morning for a more accurate time.
The lads who delivered were great, they had to deliver a heavy settee upstairs, very professional and very tidy clearing all the packaging away.
Had my new settees delivered today and the delivery men was very professional in bringing the sofas in and installing them thank you. Also they rang to let me know that they would be with me in half an hr to 45 mins and I could also track where they was and tracking also told me how many deliveries before mine. Thank you Kevin and Paul for being polite and professional
We have ordered a sofa set along with a coffee table to be delivered yesterday, reason being we had guests in the house today. And the day of purchase they assured us that everything will be delivered on time.
However they delivered only the sofa set and not the coffee table. While we requested (to the manager named Ajay) several times through emails and phone calls to get the coffee table delivered today to our address which is less than 5 mins drive from ScS as we do not have a car, he did not care about our request at all after number of times we requested given multiple feasible options, he had been extremely unprofessional, made silly excuses and refused to deliver the coffee table.
We have never experienced such a rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, worse customer service ever before.
Not recommended at all.

Both of the delivery guys were so polite, professional and took great care in bringing in the sofa and unpacking it, also very respectful of our house.

First of all. The delivery team was 3 hours late. I did not mind that but as I opened the door the driver was just nodding his head saying the corner is too big for your front door and it's not getting in. Corner sofa was still on the truck at this time. Spent obout 30 minutes saying we should of measured and blaming the store about selling and commission. I finally managed to get the driver to try the corner sofa and when they got to the door they both just stood there holding the sofa at a angle saying can you see its too big. I asked them to stand it up and take the feet off and the driver just said its too big and put it on the drive. He then took photos and went on the phone to his supervisor. I told the driver Steve that I want the rest of my sofas and to leave the corner in the garage. They just dumped the rest of the sofa pieces into the room and jumped into the truck. We had paid for assembly but he only put the sofa bed together and they had to take it apart to take in the house. From the time I opened the front door to the time I closed the door, they delivery experience was just so bad. My family and I was very excited about having new sofas but the delivery team just made it very stressful. They both kept on complaining about how late they were and about not completing thier deliveries and not very helpful at all. Me and my neighbours son got the corner sofa, took the feet off. Stood it up and got the sofa through the front door and through the lounge door. Then I assembled the sofas myself. Very very bad delivery. Only half job complete.

Well it took 7 months to finally get our sofa . The last 2 months we had more contact with SCS , on what had happened and why it took so long . Hopefully we may get compensation. Thank you to Kyle & Martell
I don't usually make time for reviews but in this case I feel SCS really deserve it. From the store in Wolverhampton to the time we had our lovely sofas delivered we have received text to keep us well informed. We had a reminder the day before ( exactly when they said) with an approximate time on delivery. On the day we had another text giving us a more detailed time. A call from the drivers to say they were an hour away . All exactly as they promised!! My mum is very happy with her purchase and I won't hesitate to use SCS again in the future. Thank you
Just happened to pop in passing, already short listed a sofa from ikea for our son, me and my wife were amazed at the quality and selection of sofa's in the sale, returned later that afternoon with son and ordered a sofa, SCS rep Rasham was very helpful and professional, great experience thankyou SCS
Having to return to the Wolverhampton store to update my order, the Assistant Manager was so helpful he dealt with my query so quickly and efficiently his willingness to help and make sure I was 100% happy with my order. Great customer service I would defiantly recommend this store.

Awaiting delivery of my power recliner chair today , I was contacted by email and phoned within the hour of their arrival , Good knowing exact time of the delivery , The two man crew were very pleasant , professional at what they do asking where I wanted the chair to be plugged it in and tested it before leaving
Update,third time attempted delivery and again left with nothing upholsterers were supposed to dismantle the corner piece so they could get it in,delivery driver said other two pieces would be tight to get in.SCS wanted to deliver the 2 pieces and leave them in my house while I would have to wait for the upholsterer to come and dismantle,which I've just been told he is on holiday for another week so I would have had 2 pieces sitting in my house and not complete for another 2 weeks.Why send all of the suite knowing full well that it's not going in my house,a good job I never got rid of the old suite.And to top it all off I've got to pay the upholsterer £90 which was £180.I bought an extra cushion at £49.99 so I could get an extra 15% Off the suite the salesman encouraged me to do this but now I am being forced to pay the upholsterer to be able to get their suite into my house.Non of this is my fault it's SCS incompetence and lack of knowledge selling suites knowing full well it's not going to fit.

Delivery drivers were fantastic and so helpful as well as professional and polite
prompt, efficient delivery on time by two friendly and knowledgeable representatives who quickly assembled the order and gave sound advice. Excellent reliable service all round.
Would rather give 0 stars than 1. I’ve spent over 4 hours calling SCS, sent them multiple emails, and social media messages and been into store but still haven’t received our sofa- 2 months after its delivery due date. The salesmen were sleazy and rude, the service is so frustratingly poor and we have had 0 communication from them in regards to our missing delivery. We have resulted in complaining to Ombudsman in hopes to get this resolved.

To be honest scs was my first stop, we were planning to shop around!! But after great customer service we had from the guy that served us, me and my hubby decided to close the deal with him..can't remember his name but he was a bold Asian guy from the wolverhampton store!! Wasn't to pushy just felt like we were talking to a friend...so looking forward to receiving our sofas and will definitely recommend scs to friends and family 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
Bought an arm chair last week and they failed to tell me that it was going to be £119 delivery charge. Went into the shop in Wolverhampton the next day to cancel the order and they wouldn’t let me cancel the order !!
Avoid at all cost !! No customer care they just want your money
