And goods being delivered kept me informed of time
of arrival and cleared all packaging when finished ,it all happened very professionally.

Great customer service by staff m in the shop when looking for our sofas . This was followed by a very satisfying delivery. Ability to track the crew delivering was helpful. Delivery and construction of the sofas was quick and the crew were extremely polite and friendly.

e first entered until we left, having agreed to buy a really good sofa bed. Andy took us through the many colour and fabric options to assist us in making our choice. We wanted a ‘high-end’ sofa bed even though it will only be used occasionally for guests. We are very pleased to have found exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price.

It was a long time to wait for the sofa. However when we were advised of the delivery date the communication was excelent. Regular updates and on the day the delivery drivers kept us informed of expected time of delivery. The delivery men were very polite and efficient. Care was given . Very pleased with product so far.

Magnificent showroom, with great choice to see and try. Backed up by great staff, Andy was excellent taking us through the options with putting any pressure on us. Would not buy something like this just on line now. Sofology made us realise that.
Minor niggle, coffee machine did not work so you owe us a coffee!! Was good experience, sure we will be back.

Paul the salesman was extremely helpful and informative…very pleasant experience. The only downside was having to wait 10/12 weeks for delivery but hopefully it won’t be that long

A great experience all round, from the helpful sales rep in store to the friendly delivery guys who took the time to explain how to take the sofa apart if needed. The sofa itself is excellent quality and well worth the wait, I highly recommend SCS.
