I love Seamless
I love Seamless. They have tons of local restaurants and bodega to order from all over the city. I don't have to speak to anyone and get what I want delivered to my door. If Seamless is delivering, you can watch the delivery person on the map. Some restaurants have their own delivery service, so Seamless will tell you that. If the restaurant updates Seamless about delays, Seamless let's you know. They have excellent customer service. Whenever I have had issues, they have always been very helpful and they have dependable refunds when applicable.

Ordered from Seamless. Waited 2 hours. Driver stated the order was delivered. Never got the order.
My standards might be low
My standards might be low, but my food is always delivered sooner rather than later. Sometimes it's cold, but usually it isn't. Most importantly, I've never had nor heard of Seamless drivers stealing orders or bailing.
Delayed order, not convenient
This was presented as one of several online ordering options for a local burger place. I ordered for pickup. The order process was fine. It wouldn't accept my pre-entered card info, so I did have to re-enter the same number to get it to work. Annoying, but not a huge deal. It said our food would be ready in 10-20, so we headed to the restaurant. When I got there, they couldn't find the order at all. Ugh.
As I was ordering again, my original order finally came through - 15 minutes AFTER my email confirmation. What's the point if you still have to hangout and wait for your food? We ordered online to help skip the hassle, but the app ended up creating a bigger hassle for us instead.

Terrible app and service
I received a gift card from my work for seamless. I added the gift card to my account but whenever I go to checkout, the app blocks my order. I have been calling customer service every couple days these last two weeks and no one seems to be able to help. They keep telling me it is being looked into and I should hear back within 24-48 hours. It’s been over 2 weeks and I STILL have not heard back from them. It’s a scheme. They want people to spend money through gift cards and then they restrict you from putting in orders. Terrible app. Terrible service. Now my gift card is stuck.

7/1/21 I ordered from El Monumento Restaurant Bar & Lounge 1- T-Bone steak dinner w/rice & beans, $25. I received 2- Bistec w/onions $14 and no Utensil and napkins.
After spending $52 their lucky the food was good.

Never had an issue with seamless had issues with restaurants and seamless worked to either refund my purchase or get my delivery on time it's a great service
Fake Promo offers…
It would be nice when you send a promo that says click here to redeem, that you would not require anything extra (entry wise) to redeem the offer. You well know, as I do now, that most people don't notice that and therefor miss the redemption coupon. I'n not the happiest I've been when using your service before. You know, I can always just pack my lunch and not have the trouble.
