Took 50k and gave me zero of their promises, biggest scam going!

These guys are absolutely scammers. Please avoid them. They have taken hundreds thousands of pounds. This is their job, take money and then liquidate the company. Now they have a company called LeadX.

Beware of fraud.

I recently sued this company in county court and won. Please file your claim against this company and the director. Istore labs is just a brand of Searchlight Media and the company closing has no bearing on the money you can claim.

Hello Guys, would people be willing to open legal action against searchlight and istore labs

Liars, cheats and thieves! I gave them £20000 for a smart FBA franchise which was a total waste of money! Lost the lot!!! Do not deal with this company!! And William Summerfield one of there employees who sold me the item!!! Liar, liar, lair!!! Stay away! Tbh if this company is still trading I will be astonished!!!

Spoke to LeadXweb ceo the other day he asked me to take down bad reviews in return he would open a Walmart store for me anther 10k payable !
He said my contract with istorelabs was nothing to do with LeadXweb and the money was lost my bad luck .
Do NOT use either of these companies no service , no morals , they simply take advantage of you , no customer service try ringing their office in U.K. no answer .

Avoid this company, assuming that they are still functioning. Invested in an IMAX store for multiple products. I insisted on speaking to current customers and previous to verify experience. Received a glowing review , so went with it and invested . So far have experienced the complete opposite. Initially , it all started well, but VERY SLOWLY, I pursued this, and got little or no response. Finally got a product shipped, and since then it’s been sitting in an Amazon warehouse accruing storage costs etc. It’s costing me a fortune every month. Avoid Searchlight Media/Istorelabs/Puregold group. Scam artists from the beginning. I’m looking into legal action personally against them if possible . In the meantime, I’ve contracted another organisation to sell my stock…

Do not use this company once they have your money it’s gone .

LEADXWEB bought them out they are just as bad promised to sort it out , but still nothing .

Stole my pension pot and refused to return it complete fraudsters

Invested 9.5K for a meta store , received phone calls text with regard to setting up lost contact , now they are saying they fulfilled the contract not contacted me to ask about why I am requesting a refund , just declined visa scam dept saying they did everything .
Next step I will be going to their Essex office .
Then I will be reporting them to Moneybox radio 4
During this process they have told visa o have an up and running meta store , not heard from the for 4+5 months so how is it running ?

Lost $20,000 because of bad management of my Amazon account. Their money back guarantee is a scam. They have now sold the company to someone else and they are unresponsive. The CEO Brian somehow convinced me and my husband to invest our hard earned money into this business and we lost it all in a few weeks. Now they are not responding to calls/emails/messages.

Joined them when Covid started. Invested around 14k plus 5k

with the contract they give you with the money back guarantee it has a small print which says only if the Amazon account doesn’t get suspended or deactivated
My account got suspended because the company put counterfeit products.
2years later still account on hold and the company isn’t doing anything about it
I really wish the company was more fair and honest and cared about each customer and Their initial investment.

Hasn’t called me to review the account or to come with a compensation plan for their mistakes.
Anyone who’s thinking of joining please think properly and be careful.
Document every conversation from start to end and emails so you can help assist the company if they forget on what the conversation has been.

I’ve lost over 14k plus 5k for initial product payments. For the company mistakes and the contract covers them not me.

ALSO I hope the company and people first review the 1STAR reviews on here and on Google reviews and notices the Counterfeit issues resulted to suspended accounts hope the company will one day resolve this and takes responsibility and get back in contact with their investors to come up with a solution for their lost of investments..
and also I have no access restrictions or any other EXUSE for the company not resolve this. Company has full access to the account and all payments have been paid hence why I’m 5k extra down. I’ve documented everything still in hope the company takes responsibility and comes up with a fair solution after over 2years waiting.

I purchased an iStoreLabs MAX package in May of 2020 and hesitated to leave my review until now. At the time I ran a small boutique retail shop at my local mall that was shut down due to COVID. I was really excited to get started however I was still skeptical given the fate of the world was unclear at the time and my brick and mortar shop was on hold until further notice. Selling online seemed to be the only thing I could do to keep my income alive. I found Searchlight Media and it took me a few weeks to finally make my decision but after meeting with the team that would be managing my store I really felt comfortable with their expertise and making the investment. At first, the shipping times were frustrating but the support team kept me in the loop and I understood that it was not just me going through this... everyone in the world was too. I almost gave up however when I received notice that my products had officially arrived in the states and were on their way to the Amazon fulfillment centers I was beyond excited. I actually cried a little. Once we had everything with my store ready to sell, sales were on the slow side but it was better than my retail shop which was generating $0, so I remained patient. My husband was also fortunate enough to keep his job in IT so financially our household was sound yet I eagerly awaited the massive success that I knew was just a few clicks away. I checked in with the team regularly and they provided me with all necessary updates to keep my store on track with the goals we had set in place when I first got started. It was not until around month 5 that sales with my online store really picked up! I was amazed when we first sold 100 units in a single day! these days we average around 25 units per day which is generating me more than enough income to comfortably live my life as a stay at home mom! Our family was blessed to welcome our beautiful daughter in September of 2021. I thought that running a boutique shop was my passion however now that I am a mom, my priorities have shifted. Embarking on this journey was a rollercoaster however I cannot think of a more qualified group of individuals to work with. I have some friends that invested in drop shipping stores (with another company) and they are not seeing the same success. Thank you iStoreLabs for taking such great care of me and making this a success! I am forever grateful and could not have done this without you!

I have worked with Istorelabs for nearly a year now and I am seeing steady profits. It is not as much as I was hoping for initially but it another source of income that I don’t have to manage r worry about so I am happy!

I really did like Searchlight media and their staff at first. After some time when they were running the store and not performing, I felt their was a disconnect from them. I got burned for hard earned 10,000 usd from their service. I am truly sad and disappointed.

2nd response: The only restriction on the account was you getting the store suspended with no sales. Your company took no action to get it reinstated. Tell the truth to your clients and stop pretending to be experts in ecommerce.

Do not interview with this company. Discriminative questions asked abbot age as well as as no coordination of an interview. Passive aggressive and demeaning attitudes. Avoid this awful place!
