ordered and paid November ‘25 and to date no plants, no reply to emails - used historically successfully but clearly now just taking money and not supplying!! Utter scam sadly

I ordered in November 2025. Order accepted , money taken , no goods delivered. No response to emails or contact form . now only showing pond plants. Not going there again.

I am saddened to see I am clearly not alone in this situation. I ordered in October 2025. I spent over £60 and agreed that I would wait until Feb 2026 before the products would be delivered. Nothing has been delivered. Feeling extremely angry to not have even received an email to the several that I have sent them. Why are they still trading? How are they still trading?
What is everyone else doing to get their plants?
I might set up a Facebook group for every to join who is in this boat so we can try to get something done. Are we being scammed? I’ve had nothing but good service in the past. Gobsmacked and dumbfounded and very disappointed.

as others, ordered in October , promised by Feb. Nothing arrived . Got back in touch with no reply so went to Visa for refund. no refund as there wasn't a specified date and it is outside the timescale for refunds therefore I get nothing.

Unfortunately it would seem I am not the only customer that has been let down by non-delivery. Ordered in Sept 25, paid £40 and have received nothing to date. Have emailed a number of times and heard nothing - not a good look! DO NOT PROMISE something YOU CAN’T DELIVER!

All I will say is, if you don't want to lose your money, don't order anything from these scammers, placed a large order in October, come end of February nothing has appeared, won't respond to emails & my order has mysteriously disappeared from their site & if you look at their 5 star ratings, no one has given them one since May 2025

I pre-ordered plants in November-2025 for delivery in February 2026. It is the nearly the end of March and no sign of the plants. I have emailed them a few times and no responses. They have taken the money and are now totally unresponsive. Dont nuy anything from this site.

Used to be a brilliant company. But something seems to have gone wrong.
My October preorder for mystery plants was never sent and no communication from the company despite many attempts. Thankfully I had kept all my emails and was able to prove the dispatch date to my bank and claim my money back. Steer well clear.

Do not use. Having ordered in previous years. My October order for delivery in February has not appeared and no response to emails. I now see others have had the same issue. Clearly I’ve been scammed along with others, avoid. The company should be shut down.

I also bought £50 of plants in October to be delivered in February. Have received nothing and no response to any emails. Avoid!!!

No contact from them since the original confirmation email of the order, no plants delivered and no response to numerous emails sent asking about the order and then requesting a refund.
Reporting to Trading Standards and suggest that others who've had the same experience, do the same.

I placed a pre-order in October 2025 for delivery in Feb 2026. Have used this company multiple times over the years, with no issues. However upon checking at the end of Feb, the link to the order has gone. Since then the items haven't arrived, no emails have been answered (and I sent to both the emails on their website) and no updates received. I can only assume the site is now a scam. No phone numbers anywhere online either. Am reporting to my bank and to trading standards.
A shame as they were great, and I was in communication with someone there in October about my order and things seemed legit still.
If something has happened to the company they need to be clear to their customers.

(update - my bank cannot dispute as it is beyond a time limit for doing this. Feel ill now as this was my entire budget for plants this year).

Please do not use this company. Ordered plants in October to be delivered in February. Despite many emails no response and no plants. Bank informed me difficult to refund after 120 daysp

I had purchased plants through them last year and was very happy with quality and price.
So in October I ordered over 35 to be delivered in February.
Nothing.
No plants.
No reply to my many emails.
The website changed a bit but is still running albeit with many “One Click” plant pictures and info. Also now showing a lot of water plants. Funny because One Click has a sister company Lincs Plants that do water plants. Huh.
Maybe a coincidence.
I am reporting them (all) to trading standards.

Once, this was a reliable supplier of quality garden plants at sensible prices, sourced allegedly from overstocks. Having ordered before, I placed an order back in October for a selection of plants "for delivery in February" We're now halfway through March and no sign of anything. All company information has disappeared from their website (illegal), no phone number and they cannot be bothered to answer emails. Currently attempting to recover funds through Sect 75 on credit card.
MY ADVICE - STEER WELL CLEAR!!

Just been reading the reviews for this company, had plants from them a few years ago, but did an order in October to be delivered in February, nothing delivered, no response to my emails, been ripped off it appears, trying to find a telephone number and address for them nothing on their web site or on a web search, still getting emails advertising plants to buy, what a shambles.
Appears I am one of many this has happened to.
