Expensive postage for what you are getting and the dreaded Vat is not included in the web prices so be careful with these guys. The same product that I could have got on eBay with free postage turned out to be rather expensive!

Painful checkout process
Very painful checkout process with no guaranteed delivery date....
My first order was cancelled as I was using a new account (new email) and the billing address somehow didn't match the card.
I dug out my old account that I'd used before - still had my old details that had worked historically... again rejected due to something not matching in the billing address.
Gave up and went to Hunters.

Thank you for your comments, and I am sorry you have not been able to successfully order with us today. Our Anti Fraud measures are stated during the check out process, when using a card that the billing address details entered do need to match with those held by the card issuer. If they do not match our system rejects the order. I can see on both order attempts this was the case. We have these measures in place to protect ourselves and our customers. I can see on the older account you previously ordered using a PayPal account and not a card payment, so the billing address may be incorrect on our system if you have moved house since your previous order.
