Everything was clear and concise, which I really appreciated, and was easy to use. The only drawback was the constant requests for information, but that was because of the employer, not the watchdog.

Process was quick and the company followed up with friendly calls when more information was needed. The only thing I’d recommend is to ask the individual for the referencing team or HR department before calling reception or email addresses found on the internet.

Nightmare - miss information - having to do everything twice
A complete nightmare - read their consent agreement, you agree for your personal data to be used outside the UK could be China, India, Russia USA.
They outsource their verification to third parties again a whole range of things you agree to
Their options of submitting your past are so limited so you have to select something that is not accurate
Different people sending you different messages
They suggest documents you can submit and then tell those aren't good enough - a complete nightmare, I nearly pulled out of the job application simply because of the back and forwards Matrix watchdog, then they ask for feedback and you can't a joke
