Horrible setup
So the first time I created an account it had dissapeared off the face of the earth (with my credit card #). Then second account i created that credit card was charged for a 4 year policy on a used Desktop Computer - then I was told the computer had to be new! This company is horrible!

Claimed to cover a new desktop and didn’t
Ordered a custom desktop because I got a quote from security and felt that I could insure it, but I was misled and told that the insurance would not cover the desktop I bought even though I got the quote and bought the desktop insurance

Money saver
This is our 2nd yr. 1st yr the brand new chromebook hinges broke. 2nd yr on same chromebook and something with screen. We are supposed to get the same chromebook every year.

Functionally a scam company, do not buy insurance from them under any condition!
Absolute joke of a company you should avoid with a 100 foot pole. Sold me the incorrect policy for my device multiple times, was unable to fix it untill i created multiple support cases and then when i needed to file a claim hit me with some random nonsense about how I'd have to prepay all years of my insurance premiums in advance in order to get my device fixed(this was never mentioned at all to me during my numerous calls to them to try and see what would be covered). The rep on the phone, Diego, was not helpful at all and kept repeating how it was my fault for not asking the right questions which truly shocked me. I would not use this company if they were the only insurance provider on the planet, stay away from them at all costs.
