Great maternity leave and overflow call option
I used Securus to help fill in while our receptionist was out on maternity leave, and I'm so glad I did! We had a great experience using them for our full time phone answering, and will continue to use them even once she is back. It's a great option for a small business when the phones just get busy (great problem to have, right?) It means none of our clients ever have to talk to a machine, and that makes all the difference in the world! They are way more cost effective than hiring a temp and super easy to work with.

Securus is Fabulous! The entire team is very friendly, very profession and courteous with our customer. Yeah I dig Securus.
We own our own business, and get calls constantly- this helps relieve a lot of the stress from answering every call right away, and the text feature (letting you know who called, why, and where to call back) has been a legit lifesaver for our team. It also cuts back on the bs callers who wanna call but don't want to leave a message (seriously annoying AF). When there have been service hiccups, the "customer happiness" team has been kick ass at making sure all is made right, so gotta give them mad props for how much I (politely) bitched them out and they patiently worked through the issues (dude named Tim has been so chill & efficient- 'ppreciate that combo). Yeah I guess I dig Securus.

Securus Contact Systems provides our personal "phone fairy"
Securus Contact Systems has been a valuable resource for us...our own 24x7 customer service agent. We are in the roofing & construction business and when a storm hits our area our calls can go from 7 spam calls, 2 customer calls and a sales call to 100+ customers all calling in at once to be "at the front of the line" to get their roof patched or property secured before the storm/rain comes back through. I never worry about missing a call because our own "phone fairy" is available to grab it for us.
