Does exactly what it says on the website

Extremely pleased with this company! They gave the best quote of the fifteen sites I tried and their service was flawless. I sent my laptop in on the afternoon of the last Saturday before Christmas, and by the next Tuesday morning the money was in my bank account! Will definitely be using in the future.

I looked up reviews and chose this company due to great reviews and promises of speedy payment. This was despite their offer being less than some other companies.
The packaging arrived quickly, I posted that day and expected prompt payment.
However I heard nothing for 3 weeks and so began chasing for an update. Nothing was recorded on their website so I chased further.
I received a reply, with no apology whatsoever, which said an update was now available. I checked this and which said my offer had been reduced due to case damage. There had been no damage when posted in their box and packaging.
I was clearly very disappointed and would advise to avoid this company at all costs.

Incredibly quick, hassle free service. Got my quote, gave my details, received the freepost box the next day, posted off my laptop and the money was in my bank TWO DAYS LATER!! What's not to like?

This is the 1st time we have used Sell your-laptop and it won't be the last. We accepted the online quote, took it to the post office and the next day it had arrived, was checked over and exactly the money quoted was in our bank on the same day. Cannot fault it - brilliant

The website made it easy to find my laptop and quickly get an estimate. The box was sent to me within a couple of days with everything needed to post my laptop and return delivery is included. Got an email confirming they received it a few days later and I was payed the same day. Great service, would definitely use again!

Though I've recycled mobiles before I've never recycled a laptop. As mobile companies usually end up paying less then they quote, I wasn't pleasantly surprised by 'Sell your laptop' who paid me the quoted price and transferred the money directly into my account when they said they would. I'd definitely recommend using them.

Rarely in the world of laptop buyers, these guys were excellent and highly professional from start to finish. They also offered me the highest price by far. Hard to fault.

Selling my old laptop couldn't have been any easier. I selected my laptop on the quote calculator, noted down the spec and problems with the laptop and I was immediately quoted. The quote was very reasonable, given how old my laptop was. I requested to be sent a packaging box as I didn't have the original one and one was sent the very next day. I wiped and boxed up the laptop, posted it (Freepost) on a Friday afternoon. They received it on the Monday morning and by 4pm, I was paid exactly what I was quoted on the screen. although the price was about mid range in terms of other quotes the service was fast, efficient and very user friendly. They take all the hassle out of getting the laptop boxed and sent.

Hassle free from start to finish. Received posting box, free postage label & packaging on Tuesday, posted on Wednesday. Confirmation to say they had received laptop on Thusday, laptop checked & funds cleared in my bank account on Friday .Excellent would use again.

I have used recycling websites before. Some are really hard to use. but Sell My Laptop's website was really easy to use. After inputting all the information required, I took the option for them to send me the necessary packaging. This turned up the next day by courier. I packaged my laptop and took it the post office and posted it. I was notified by email when it had arrived and also emailed during the inspection process. Later the same day I was notified that the laptop had passed nspection and my cheque would posted. This I received the next day. The whole process took just four days. Excellent serice

The whole process was very easy - from entering in the details to sending the laptop off. And the money was paid into my bank on the same day the laptop was received by the company
