i have used the sell your laptop just once but i have received brilliant
service from start to end. i received my box to send in my laptop very quick
and i received a very nice e-mail once my device was received. i recommend
sell your laptop to anyone.

Excellent service, everything was done quickly and efficiently. From registering online to receiving the money via PayPal took 4 days.

They sent me packaging I just need to go to post office and then I received cheque. All without any interruption in 3-4 days.

Both my son and my husband had laptops that they no longer used, unsure of what to do with them they sat idle on a shelf gathering dust while the new one was being used. fed up with dusting them I took to my laptop looking at various sites on which to sell them most telling me they were worth very little. I then typed in sell my laptop again various sites scrolled down and found sell you-laptop, on at times struggling to find the various details this site required i came to the final button push "get your price" and for both laptops was pleasantly surprised, even though a little skeptical i decided to go ahead what did i have to lose. If I had wanted they would even send the packaging, I decided to package myself and print off the freepost postage labels available to download, along with my invoice, took along to my local post office and waited to see what happened, very quickly I received an email to say my laptops had been received and were going for inspection after which i would receive another email with my offer details, the very next day the email came telling me my full offer had been paid to me via my payment choice. I could not have been more happy with the experience with this company and have since recommended to others. First class

Fast transaction and turnaround once they received my laptop. They paid the amount they quoted on the website for my 5yr old acer aspire so very pleased.

This website presents itself to be a very simple process. I contacted the company on a few occasions after sending the laptop. I only got confirmation that they had received my laptop 3 days after it should have arrived (I never got an answer when I called). I then only received a quote for my laptop a week later - hardly a quick service. I accepted the requote as it was still a decent enough price but, given that the laptop was in good condition and had barely been used, I think that knocking 20% of the price off for case damage was not at all justified.

Easy to use website, higher offer for laptop than other companies and very efficient service. Prompt communications and payment.

Fantastic quick service and full payment quoted was made on day laptop arrived.

Good points:
Price generally better than elsewhere
Free post (including sending box to post item and free return)
Money paid quickly once agreed price
If you don't like the price offered they will return the item for free
Less positive points:
Website says that items are dealt with on day of receipt - tracking information of RM parcel shows there was a three day delay from receipt to dealing with the laptop
No answer to specific contacts (emails and telephone)
There always seems to be something wrong with the laptop (two I have sent to them - first they said webcam did not work, second speakers and touch pad (although I had used these the day I sent them off to the company!)

So they do pay - but not necessarily the price and timescale quoted. But then they do charitable work so you have to balance this off. And you can always see what they price your laptop for resale as they have a presence on ebay under Millrace IT

This is the second time I have used this company - I sold my daughter's lap top 2 years ago so thought I would use them again to sell mine.

Still the same excellent service. Packaging received quickly and once laptop received by them testing and payment made quickly.

Thoroughly recommend.

Boxes took about 3 days to arrive, sent them back and the next day received an email confirming receipt and then got an invoice emailed the same afternoon confirming that the amount they'd quoted initially had been sent to my bank account. Checked it, and it had. Very impressed with the quick and efficient service. Would definately recommend them based upon my experience.

Sent off my iPad in the prepaid bag sent to me in the post and within four days had the money that I was quoted in my bank account !! Excellent speedy service and nice to get the price quoted with out any haggling once they had my iPad !! Would use again and highly recommend!
