do not use webuymobile! Use maxback they are honest and reliable. webuymobile told me my two apple iphone 6s would be worth $139 each. they were perfect phones when I shipped them to webuymobile. OF COURSE THEY found something wrong with BOTH phones and I only got $109 for one and $120 for the other. These guys are up to no GOOD. Stay clear

As stated in my original reply, you didn't go through our website SellMyCellPhones.com to sell your phone to WeBuyMobile.com so we were not involved in the transaction at any stage and had no record of any of your details because of this.
I can see from the info you've supplied that your orders were genuine. I just want to reassure you that we have partnered with WeBuyMobile for 9 years and they are not a scam. Different buyers have different grading levels in regards to assessing phones and should they find discrepancies, many will offer a counter offer. Particularly if you have stated that the phone looks and functions as brand new when it has had moderate use.
This isn’t a regular occurrence in our experience, but at that point, you don't have to accept the offer and can request your devices back to sell elsewhere should you wish to.
At SellMyCellPhones.com we compare lots of different buyers so should you be looking to sell in future, I hope you consider us as we are able to follow up on orders that come directly through our website for our customers.

Review is for we buy mobile. I sent them my phone in mint condition. When they got it they tried to counter offer saying it had a burn image on the screen. What a crock of bs!! I denied the counter and asked for my phone back. I'll post again after I get it but I expect to have my chain pulled some more before this is over.

Company stole my iPhone and never …
Company stole my iPhone and never received payment. They claim a check was issued however I never received it. If they truly have a cashed check I suspect and employee stole my money.
Your records would not reflect my ‘facebook’ name. They will reflect the name Sarah Kaus. So please go back and check. I sent you an email asking for proof of said check but it appears your more concerned with poor reviews then communicating with your customers.

The Whiz Cells was awesome to work with!! I shipped my phone in my own box to them which they received 2 days later. I went by their guidelines for the condition of my phone and I received exactly what they quotes to me VIA pay pal on the 2nd day. I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them!!

Amazing Company
I couldn't believe at first that a company would buy my phone that was damaged by water. I mean the phone has no power what so ever. I heard there were companies that buy phones like that but didn't believe it. Looked on the internet and BAM.....there they were "RePhones". I filled out the info and got my kit to send it out in the mail, and in bout two week I had a check! Thanks so much RePhones, I definitely appreciate getting that phone out of my way.
