Great place to buy sunglasses from.

The product was cheap but not exactly what I was looking for. I have returned the item but am still trying to get a refund over a week after they received it back. I have called them 3 times and each time been told they would ensure it was done that day. When I first looked at these guys I thought they might be a dodgy outfit. I don't think they are but their organisation and customer service is not good. Hopefully I will get a refund at some point.

This company is legitimate and very professional. Even though there was a delay on shipment, Simon was very kind and honest and kept me updated through emails. Very happy with my sunglasses.

My order has not yet been shipped in over a week. When I contacted them, no one got back to me regarding my order or my concerns, I just received a generic message stating that they will get back to me tomorrow, which to me relates just poor customer service. And, obviously, nobody did get back to me the next day, so I sent them another e-mail and am still waiting for them to ship the item or at least let me know, when the item will be shipped. Overall, lack of customer service once you have already paid for your item and the shipping of it...

I had been looking for a particular pair of glasses and stumbled across Judge Opticians (Send Optics) on the internet. Driven in part by their competitive prices and decent website, I bought a pair online and took delivery of them very quickly and efficiently a couple of days later. The glasses were brilliant but unfortunately didn't really suit me so I decided to pay them a visit in the shop that weekend. I was met and helped by a very helpful gentleman, Simon, who was very knowledgable and helped me choose an alternative pair. If you're looking for quality products, competitive prices with helpful and friendly staff to assist - look no further. I hope to be a customer again in future. Thanks!

I wanted a specific pair of top end sunglasses. I live in France and needed advice about the size and lens as I have issues with my eyes. Simon was very helpful and he put me on to Oliver who is the optometrist/optician.
Oliver was happy to talk to me for quite a time and gave me all the advice and reassurance I needed to make my order.

Excellent communications from this company. Olivers people sunglasses ordered late Sunday night, delivered by 10 am Tuesday morning. Good value, free lens cleaning kit and a pleasant email from Simon thanking me for using their services. 5 stars for a company that values its customers.

my order was cancelled the day after ordering, the reason being that the product I ordered had been purchased by a walk in customer the day before, but on checking their website 80% of the products of this brand had suddenly disappeared so they had obviously not updated their website for some time. I would much prefer to be told the truth instead of some made up story.

Seriously, fast, affordable

Excellent, easy to use website. Sunglasses, as expected, new, beautiful, offered for a very competitive price. 4 stars because I was not given the original packaging. Instead, the glasses came in the manufacturer's case typically supplied for small prescription frames, which was very inadequate for the large sunglasses. I was annoyed that notwithstanding their seemingly ever-accommodating service, I had to go to the boutique and purchase an appropriate case. Otherwise, very reliable.

I was a cautious unfamiliar International buyer, but need not have been. I received an authentic product with incredibly postage. This company is wonderfully professional, with a personalised edge. I loved the handwritten 'thank you' note.

At first I was skeptical since I've never heard of them before, but now I'm so happy that I ordered. Fast delivery and 100% authentic products. They even sent me a cleansing solution for the sunglasses and I didn't expect that at all so it was a nice surprise, that's what I call customer service at its best. I looked in a number of stores like Prada, Harvey Nics, Harrods and had the Prada sunglasses I wanted but sendoptics had them and despatched them. I ordered them in a Thursday and got them by Saturday
